he's one of the most loved characters, even "normies" like Finn. Pretty much everyone who has seen those movies were rooting for him. It's pretty obvious he was supposed to be the love interest and a jedi but Disney or the directors got scared and basically scrapped his character.

        Why lie

        >Finn was originally white but JJ wanted diversity
        >they switch to Kylo Ren being the love interest after seeing how many girls online are creaming themselves to him strapping Rey to a chair
        >Finn becomes a joke character afterwards because they don't know what to do with him anymore
Proof that Disney likes white women more than minorities. Never forget that.

White women will actually pay for a movie ticket

Would have liked Finn more if grabbed Rey and gave her a sloppy Indie Jones style kiss. He was such a a pussy I couldn't respect him.

His arc in TFA is to learn that running away solves nothing, and he should stsnd up for what he believes in. By the end of the movie he's grown enough to face what he fears.

In TLJ, he resets and has basically the same arc.

I haven't watched ROS, but judging by the trailer he does the same thing again.

      >His arc in TFA is to learn that running away solves nothing,
      How so you figure?
He didn't have a 'running away ' problem at the start. He didn't seem to have any internal conflict at all. His struggle was all about external threats.

the fact that c3p0 gets his own increasingly prominent role in the sequel trilogy obscures the reality that Finn was the new 3p0

they made a trailer where the whole thing led up to him taking off his helmet and revealing his ugly Nigerian face. talk about a humiliation ritual.

He was added for the black and woke audience, also so they could release some articles shitting on the people who didn't want a prominent ugly baboon in the cast. They probably intended to do more with him but he wasn't popular enough. I don't think a single character from those films is decently popular with males.

Probably the most liked character with males in the entire 3 films. He has one line

He was going to be more prominent but China doesn't like Black folk (understandable) so they sidelined him.

Leia is an already established rebel leader, wants revenge for Alderaan, and restore the Republic. Padme seeks freedom for Naboo in episode 1 and peace with the separatists in the other two movies. It's weak, but still better than WHERE DA WITE WYMYN AT

    BLM appeasement.
Don't you remember when they were marching the streets and suburbs.
They were so desperate to defuse it they even instigated a de facto nationwide media blackout by having cops shoot at and arrest reporters (one reporter lost an eye) and pulling bystanders into unmarked vans.
That was the day the remnants of unbiased reporting in the US was finally snuffed out forever.

Finn and the stormtrooper leader lady who kept coming back from the dead were supposed to have a story but China demanded no blackie main characters so it became all about Rey.
