Post-Endgame Hulk sucks anyway, that version of Bruce/Hulk is more chilled out and doesn't enjoy smashing things of the unbridled anger that normally makes him powerful. Whilst I don't like that idea for Hulk it makes sense that he'd be a bit weaker than someone who seems to be leaning into the powers far more.
