You'd have local times that are relevant on the planet you're on (plus time zones), maybe system times if there are multiple inhabited planets or satellites in a star system, and galaxy time that's standardized from the capital and used while in space. So the Empire would have Coruscant Standard Time or whatever, which is the standard for communication and timekeeping, and is converted to the local time (and vice versa) for interplanetary communication.
It would be kinda cool if they mentioned this when they land on a new planet as part of the landing docking sequence. Kinda like how pilots get the current weather from tower before they land etc.

By far the worst part was when the grand inquisitor decides to randomly get all classist on the black chick in an attempt to make the audience feel sorry for her. It just comes out of nowhere and makes no sense. He basically just says 'yeah you are way more powerful than us but we come from an old bloodline so you lose ha ha.' Like wtf did he think would happen? If that line was in a kids film it would still be too on the nose.
