I watch so much bad shit I probably don't remember. not a movie but I watched a post-apocalyptic christian show called Daily Bread and it was literally like TWD where they walk around the woods the entire time but it's the entire series and there's no zombies.
Nah I like the lighting in at least one of them (maybe not particularly the first one because it was all shot outdoors in broad daylight) but they were cheap as frick productions so obv they look cheap as frick. There's only so far you can go with a lack of budget
The cheapest film I've watched, and enjoyed, was probably The Gamers 1 and 2. The former was literally just half footage of a bunch of dudes in a dorm room, and the rest those same dudes in LARP costumes in the forest. The latter had slightly more production in that they built a few small sets, but basically the same shit. Good movies though.
If we're not going by recent blockbusters, then I'd say from memory, those old Mortal Kombat movies from the 90's. I definitely remember being taken right out of the movie a few times because of how cheap it looked.
This scene in particular is egregious
Ah those classic Egyptian hardwood floors.
is this supposed to be the roman empire?
No, Ancient Egypt, around 3000 BC.
that looks like the type of room they would do the rehearsal in
This is also ancient Egypt (June 20th BC)
UPPITY UP-A UP-A UPPITY UP
>Scorpion King 3
lol I just watched the RLM of that yesterday. Face-meltingly cringe
I meant White Fox, not Scorpion King 3, stupid highlight autofill

GayBlack folk from outer space.
Not that I hated it, was pretty funny, but it was clearly very cheap to make.
NuWars
Rangz
So the only things you can name are "recent TV show" and "recent blockbuster movie"?
The ones I made 🙁
90% of the time its due to bad lighting. OP's picture for instance wouldn't look so bad if it was darker.

I don't know it would still look pretty preposterous.
everything else including the costumes is passable-bad but the hardwood floor completely puts it over the edge... looks like an ikea
Every Steven Seagal Movie after Red Alert
A Christmas Story 2
August Underground.
Is found footage cheating? Even by found footage standard this one is pretty bad
The Starship Troopers sequels.
Are they just in someone's dining room?
That's embarrassing.
Those old Greek-Roman-IKEA soldiers
Birdemic
Probably this still. Like did they actually think this was okay
Monty Python Holy Grail
That looked considerably high rent than OP's pic
Winnie the Pooh Blood and Honey
>What's the cheapest looking movie you've ever seen?
Excluding actual low budget movies, Superman III and Superman IV
Even Cannibal: The Musical mogs them and it was an actual low budget film
Shin Godzilla looks like shit
Not the special effects scenes though, they actually look good.
The new Jeepers Creepers
No fricking joke, nearly the whole film is on a greenscreen, just for basic shots outside.
looks like a Nostalgia Critic skit
Are we talking like, theatrical movie?

However you want to take it. Literal cheapest, cheapest to get a wide release, whatever.
You're mum
>Scorpion King 3
Really? The trailer looked way better.
Are you certain you didn't watch the trailer for The Scorpion King, 3 times?
MCU by far. I'd be surprised if they even shoot on location anymore.
"Recent blockbuster" is the most you can say?

It's not even coming out of his hand after he's fired it, how fricking lazy can you be.
I like how they go from fighting in a tree farm to Blighttown.
A bunch of horror movies that take place entirely or almost entire in a single suburban house, but especially House Shark
That's just sad. Surely no one took it serious?
Serious enough to warrent to more sequels..
Considering the blockbusters that they were, the prequels often have a cheapness to them that almost makes them surreal
This is extreme kino. It's like the most expensive and grandiose stage play ever made. But yes, you're correct.
that cgi aged like shit
it was shit when it was new
but now...
If they wanted to make this movie do it where he gets teleported in to today times like in he man
making the movie you want to make >>>>>>>>>>
the movie you can afford to make
I though that was from Rings of Power season 2
Any found footage "movie"
Army of the Dead
