Also based Andrei Rublev. My favorite Tarkovsky would still have to be Mirror

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea does not refer to depth but to distance traveled. It's impossible to be 20,000 leagues deep on Earth. The planet isn't even 20,000 leagues in diameter.

That's not true. I used to scuba dive 15-18 thousand leagues under the sea when I was a rescue diver. I once had to save your mum after she fell into the ocean and fell all the way to the bottom.

Does Twin Peaks count even though it's a show? If not, then probably Stalker.

    Alejandro Jodorowski's
    >Santa Sangre
    >El Topo
    >The Holy Mountain
    Peter Greenaway's.
    >A Zed and Two Noughts
    >The Pillow Book
    >The Falls

Jodorowsky is not that difficult to understand unless you want to understand every single allusion and reference, which aren't really necessary to get the films

        Alejandro Jodorowski's
        >Santa Sangre
        >El Topo
        >The Holy Mountain
        Peter Greenaway's.
        >A Zed and Two Noughts
        >The Pillow Book
        >The Falls

That's why Jodorowsky is good. He shows enough visual for dimwits but enough symbology for smarter people. Damn shame he's done so few films after Santa Sangre and Dune never happened.

What is deep about Persona? I watched it when I was 16 and didn't get the hubbub, but people insist by it and I like a lot of Bergman's other stuff. Did it go over my head?
