The daughter of the main character and his love interest from the first movie will be the Naavi chosen one and will kick out the evil White Human invaders forever.
There, I just saved ya like fifty bucks on tickets and slop.
Man i loved when they did that thing and then like, something happened and then character was like "oh no!" and then something else like, happened i think. Good stuff.
I feel like it will be. It will be like Empire Strikes Back where the humans have to win one and put the na'vi on the back foot. Then they'll win in the third. But no idea how they will handle it if they've planned five movies
You're probably right, but it's not really believable to imagine the na'vi winning in the end. Short of blowing up the Earth, the humans will never relent.
Part 1: Hopeful ending with hints of evil surviving
Part 2: Downer ending with hints of hope surviving
Part 3: Good triumphs, evil vanguished, possibly forever
that one cat lady and the, err, guy with the gun.
>cat lady
huh?
you know that lady. blue, tall, cat-like features. important character.
huh?
yeah could've been her, i dunno. btw GREAT movie.
Neytiri is not a cat though
Oh yeah, no, i know that. I know a lot of this movie. Very good film. Very memorable.
What if they combined Avatar and Pacific Rim? They could call it Rimming Avatar.
The daughter of the main character and his love interest from the first movie will be the Naavi chosen one and will kick out the evil White Human invaders forever.
There, I just saved ya like fifty bucks on tickets and slop.
It wouldn't have bothered me if they switched entire generations between films.
Cameron did it with T2. Biehn to Furlong is a whiplash.
Mechs. Avatar needs more mechs.
there will be, not just this fuky exoskeleton but also crab mechs
Quaritch in his human form
I can't remember the characters OP
Can they do one where they base her character on a white woman instead of a black woman?
Säyla is literally played by a white stuntwoman in the movie
Hnnnnnnnnnnnnng
A: i do not want to see avatar 2
blue cat lady, sigourney i guess. everyone else i don't care about
>blue cat lady
who?
yeah that's the one. she looks almost exactly like one of my old cats
Neytiri is not a cat
>looks like a cat
>acts like a cat
>blue
she's a blue cat.
like a cat
no she doesn't
>>acts like a cat
no she doesn't
>>blue
yes she is
sigourney is thankfully back but shes literally playing a teenage character with CGI
Hicks and Newt
>nobody mentioned Miles Quaritch and it's confirmed he's returning
cause he's dead so no one thought to say a dead character
I don't remember anyone but the grizzled WAR VETERAN and some lanky blue CGI catpeople
picrel
Man i loved when they did that thing and then like, something happened and then character was like "oh no!" and then something else like, happened i think. Good stuff.
Where is the na'vi beach volleyball team?
Hell's gate (human rule)
the only human sport na'vi canonically enjoy is basketball
>which characters would you like to see return in avatar 2?
Would be interesting to know what happened to the manager guy.
he's in
>They're just goddamn trees HAHAHAHAHA
Based!
Will this movie be the one with the bad end?
no that's the 5th one
I feel like it will be. It will be like Empire Strikes Back where the humans have to win one and put the na'vi on the back foot. Then they'll win in the third. But no idea how they will handle it if they've planned five movies

I'm a moron and I can think of like 5 ways the Navi can perma-win just off the top of my head, I'm sure they'll think of something.
Proper trilogy format is:
Part 1: Hopeful ending with hints of evil surviving
Part 2: Downer ending with hints of hope surviving
Part 3: Good triumphs, evil vanguished, possibly forever
yeah that's the cringe format. evil needs to win more in movies
what is the tag: bad_end of avatar?
Does this movie have a story or is it just a CGI frickfest? Is it a movie about plants or something ecology related?
It's a movie about a corporation chasing natives off of their land so that they can mine for rare rocks beneath it.
And are those rocks required for the advancement of humanity as a whole? I mean, you can't build a computer out of fricking bamboo sticks.
They don't mention what the substance is used for. Only that it's insanely valuable and rare.
