not supposed to be deep. most of the endings are deep. they leave you with a profound idea or thought. that's why The Sopranos had the best episodes of television

The true answer is In Camelot.

Tony lying to his friends about his dad’s mistress is so pathetic. He’s glorifying a cheap prostitute to justify and rationalise his father’s treatment of his mother. And Gandolfini’s face at the end so perfectly encapsulates the anger, sadness and loss that Tony feels in that moment.

Hated it. I was ready to turn it off when I saw that Silvio was middle aged in the early 70s. I think Paulie was originally supposed to have his role, but they found someone that made a funny Silvio impression and gave him a role. Half the movie was a game of "spot that Sopranos reference".

I fricking love the end to He Is Risen. Not as deep or dramatic as some of the others, but it's probably the comfiest in the whole show.
Goes great with Uncle Jun's advice earlier on about finding your pleasures where you can and not worry so much.

Season 2 finale for me. Tony ' s cigar puff was beautifully shot and the fade away to the ocean was oozing in subtext. Kino of the highest order

Junior breaking up at the end was rough. Is this him accepting he's losing it?
