That's the cruel part if the reality is that they have no actual intention to cast a blind actor. I imagine it would be unnecessary difficulty to cast one while ordering to act like they aren't. Toph was able to interact with her surroundings pretty well, and knew where people were. It sounds like it will be a pain in the ass just to coordinate the action scenes.
It would be hard to find and bring a different batch of obstacles, but they could being someone legally blind, I guess, capable of perception but still addressing blind people perspectives or something, how did they do it with Daredevil on that series again?
