I wonder what sales numbers are like, juxtaposing current book sales with omnibus/tradebacks of old stuff. I know "comics don't make money", but I'm curious which one is the smarter sink from a direct profit standpoint.

keaton batman smiles while killing and maiming people and has freakouts towards villains as bruce, he's the most unhinged out of all the movie batmans.

  10. 2 years ago
    Anonymous

    depends
Keaton just killed people but was the physically least intimidating
Bale was 6'1 210 but his suicide was kind of shitty until DKR and by then he was all kind of crippled and bane fricked him up for a reason
batfleck was 6'3 220 but fat and old but he'd just kind of kill you. still he's pretty cartoony
Pattison is probably the physically the most able of all of them but he won't really kill you but will beat you into a coma after smashing your face.

Pick your poison really. I mean in the real world who would give me the most issues? Pattison. In their world it would batfleck. He could just invent a bat mech suit. Bale in the real world would be second but the injuries or the suit would slow him down so you could just shoot him. Pattisons batman is pretty fast, near bullet proof and will shoot you back with harpoons.

He's not fat. He's supposed to be this brickhouse of a man, obviously he looks huge when he has the suit on but that's how every huge guy looks like when clothed.

I loved it. Ben Afflecks Batman is obviously meant to be a strongman type of body. Ben is a tall man and he weighed the most out of all the Batmen. He's a tank of a Batman and he dwarfs the criminals he beats up and in a real life scenario a real Batman would be just that, he would be a brick shit house who you couldnt put down or keep down, you could start the fight with 3 guys kneeling on Batflecks body and with sheer brute strength hed overpower them all and get on his feet. That's a great take on Batman that we only briefly saw in BvS. Batman wouldn't be a 170lb limp dick string bean like Pattinson.

Ben Affleck was a terrible Batman in the theatrical cut of the Justice League movie where he did nothing action-wise, only picked up fights with the other members of the team, passed the leadership of the team to Wonder Woman, and apparently wanted to suicide by sacrificing himself to the Parademons.

But the director's cut of the movie changed so much of that with him being a team player, inspiring others to keep on fighting, creating plans, and just fricking wrecking Parademons in a scene straight out of Arkham Knight game.

Funny how much a different cut of the same movie can change so much a character.

Don't care about Justice League. I'm just talking about the Batman we got in BvS. By far the best on screen Batman, and I don't even like the movie, just the scenes with him

It begs the question. Why not make a Batman where he is actually scary. From the criminals point of view. Like a horror movie portraying him as the antagonist. Dammit I should be making millions for these kind of ideas.

he's not scary in the horror movie way, he's just scary to criminals because he operates outside a law system they know how to skirt

They're all cringy except Batfleck and that isn't me being a stinky Snyder pajeet. I think BvS is an awful movie and Man of Steel is an awdul movie but Batman in BvS is easily the definitive Batman and hes by far the best thing about the movie. Ben is by far the most masculine, he's 6'4 and weighed 225lbs for the role and he just has the aura and physicality to him. Pattinson is 6'1 but he's a pencil Neck tooth pick. Bale is 6'0 but he was only "big" in Batman Begins, and his Batsuit is awful and his voice is even worse. I'd laugh if I saw Bale or Pattinson or Keaton Batman in a dark alley at night and i had done something shady like egg a car or steal something, but if I saw pic related towering over me it'd be scared

None of them. This is a spoilt rich kid in a furry costume who refuses to kill people or use guns. In reality, no one from any serious mob or cartel would fear him since there are far worse fates awaiting them. A team of seals or SAS would easily take out Batman. Don't hate me, I really liked the character growing up, but you know I'm right.

    Keaton and Batfleck.
Keaton genuinely comes across as a damaged mentally and emotionally unstable loon who's damage manifests itself as him dressing like a bat and fighting crime. Batfleck was a raging psycho.
