Pattinson still shrugs off bullets too easily but at least he recoils from and is pained by the impacts and is sent flying + seems to have broken ribs from a shotgun blast. Still laws of physics breaking but it's bearable.
Oh he only took one metal slug traveling at past the speed of sound which had barely left the barrel before it impacted his armor with 0 penetration, thus dumping nearly all of its kinetic force right into his skull, neck and brain?
That's okay then.
He's got a layer of non-Newtonian fluid sandwiched in bleeding edge ceramic armor plating in that fricking cowl.

TL;DR: He's a literal tank in the video game class sense - seemingly near invincible, yet deals relatively mild amounts of damage.

Yes Batman can beat anyone with enough prep time and Batwank. He is beyond human peak he's basically superhuman with a dash of plot armour.
It's 50/50 in the comics too if you ask me. Dardevil and Captain America usually fight to a standstill in most scenarios, because while Cap is stronger and slightly faster, the radar sense is superior even to the spider-sense.
Also, DD has been able to hold his own against people like Venom who are above Cap's level.
Venom and Cap don't have sonic weapons. Batman does. As soon as he finds out DD's weakness, it's over.

It could go either way. Even if they're in total darkness, Batman's cowl has night vision. Both of them have beaten super soldiers before, although Batman has dealt with stronger people on average, like Bane, Croc, Solomon Grundy, etc.
In a dojo fight with no weapons whatsoever, DD might win, because his reaction speed is superior.
