opie and anthony are both addicted to something or highly medicated. i knew an addict in real life and watching them on youtube makes me feel pretty bad for their burnt out minds. opie seems to make sense once in a while but overall he's out of it. they both seem to be doing well in other areas but their mental health, so meh. back in the day they were kind of cringe and overly edgy but they weren't clinically mentally ill as they are now.
