Nah there's a definite decline in quality as Mike Judge became less involved in the writing and some of the later episodes are borderline unwatchable. However I agree it is still one of the greatest animated shows of all time because the good parts are that good.

I know a liberal as hell woman who moved to Idaho to be with her boyfriend-fiance-whatever.

Phoenix has a lot of Black folk but they are in specific containment zones. It's such a huge spread out area for a city as well so it takes the Black folk a long time to drive to you. It also didn't embrace the cuckafornia shut downs like everyone else so people flocked here to be able to actually fricking work.

Now there's an endless flood of commiefornians putting housing prices way out of balance but place like Phoenix and Vegas tend to boom and bust much harder than other cities based on the amount of speculators that pile into the market during booms.

It's both Californians, New Yorkers infesting everywhere else and certain places becoming California lites. Where I grew up old houses from the 50-60s (Which honestly did suck ass, I loved the neighborhood I grew up in I hated the house) are replaced by 1-2 million dollar mcmansions.

Lmao, I love how this is the case in literally every Black person/beaner infested town or city.

Once I started making really good money, people began informing me where the little elysiums were around each town I was at. There's always a 15 to 20 minute drive away apartment complex in the middle of the wilderness just outside the major town centers where the rent is 30% higher than average and there are absolutely no nuggets.

The white trash are always a ways away as well.

They’ve had forms evaporative cooling for a long time, plus you have to remember cities like Phoenix and Vegas were ~10 degrees cooler in the summer a century ago because there wasn’t an urban heat island effect. Also, it’s so dry that just being in the shade makes a huge difference.

Vegas land was cheap and they used to test bombs in the desert which people flocked to restaurants and hotels to watch mushroom clouds from a safe distance. Add legalized gambling, certain parts legalized prostitution, the mob looking to get into legitimate businesses and pouring money in and Los Angeles being like 6 hours away and a major metropolitan hub it was a recipe for it all to come together.

        Buckle up ...

        1. It gets hotter in America, but it's consistently like 80 to 100 most months in Australia

        2. Australia gets double the UV radiation we do here in the states. That's double, son. The roads literally melt in aus during the summer.

        3. It's damn near 90% humidity 24/7 because everyone lives right next to the coastline
