I haven't watched a second movie in quite some time but why didn't they use a similair design to murphy? His design was a good jack of all trades that could work in many different situations. This design seems like over kill and it would probably struggle in situations where more precise force is necessary.
Cause they could make anyone into robocop 2. He didn’t need to be a trained and decorated police guy since they could control him with Nuke. The entire reason the robocop 2 plan fails is cause they use the drug guy instead of a normal guy. That and it’s a terrible idea.
