its a kino show if you know the lore of pacific theater, i should probably watch it again, i'm even more knowledgeable of the war now than when i first watched it, when i basically only knew the naval engagements (which it glosses over)
I'm 38 years old and have been interested and learning about world war two and history in general since I was 14. I watched BoB when it first aired, even still have my original VHS rips of it. Love The Pacific.
and i can tell you have never read too many ww2 books because a lot of them are entirely focused on hyping up a specific group that served in the war. like thunder below or hell from the heavens

sorry I don't love your tv show as much as you do.
the real reason is because it's on apple tv. think about the kind of person that has apple tv
so effectively the only people actually watching this are pirates
>duh liberal college professors are trying to get zoomers to worship Hitler and hate our greatest ally Israel!!!
lol, you literally agree with them on 99% of everything
Band of Brothers and the Pacific did a much better job of making the characters feel real and relatable to me. In the 2 eps of this I watched everyone felt like a cardboard cutout.
I think they fell back too much on the same old character tropes they used for infantry guys when the sort of tension they needed to build for this sort of combat is different.
What Band of Brothers did right was following a relatively small unit and focusing on developing a different character each episode. The Pacific didn't have a coherent narrative and would have been better if it just focused on Eugene Sledge. Masters of the Air doesn't have any characters. You don't care when a B-17 gets shot down because you don't know who just died. Also all the actors are generic Hollywood prettybois while BoB the actors all had unique if not conventionally attractive faces.
But the biggest issue with Masters of the Air is how much they get wrong in terms of the small details. WWII aviation gays are among the most autistic people to have ever lived. If your CGI pajeets can't even get the muzzle breaks on the M2s right I will not watch your show.
>If your CGI pajeets can't even get the muzzle breaks on the M2s right I will not watch your show.
And, good gracious, as a guy who studied CG, they break soo many cardinal sins with the special effects. The problem is that it used to be that special effects were so expensive and time-consuming back in the day that they would usually be the thing to take the longest in a production so that CG artists would have enough time to hammer out the problems. These days? They're put through the ringer on the tightest deadlines from studio heads who are constantly changing the show/movie based on test audiences who don't know anything.
combat too unrealistic (planes rarely exploded, but usually went down after losing lift due to wing surface damage, loss of engines or internal fire) combined with very poor exposition on what or why they are bombing things.
internals shots of the aircraft are too clean. they should be shot more first person, with less stable shots, more vocal distortion due to all coms being on mics, more engine noise and airframe rattles. they really do not manage to capture the simultaneous sense of claustrophobia and agoraphobia of being in a freezing, unpressurized tin can at high altitude while being shot at.
mission briefings are a bit too cavalier, and do not add any sense of drama or pressure.
They absolutely were. Look into Aleister Crowley and his ties to Winston Churchill. The Allie quite literally fought against Germany because they were in favor of White Genocide and worshipping the devil. The Allies fought for transgenderism and interracial cuckold porn.
The actors in this have zero living memory of anyone from the Greatest Generation. When BOB came out there were still millions of veterans alive in their 70s. It also served as a morale boost during the "War on Terror" that year but in 2024, the Second World War might as well be ancient history to Zoomers/Millennials. Not enough Boomers care about this kind of show anymore and probably can't figure out how to use Apple TV. 2015-2018 I became friends with a 93 year old Army WWII veteran who served in the Pacific. He and his wife (age 79) would come in to a local tavern and drink wine together two nights a week and he told me all his stories. Miss having a connection with someone who had memories of the 1930s-1940s.
I miss it too. I got into an argument with an 87 year old pacific theater veteran in 2004 when he came to talk with my high school history class. He was crying (literally crying tears from his eyes) describing some story about how horrible guadalcanal was when they were getting shelled and I reminded him that he volunteered he got really really angry lmao. Teacher kicked me out of class immediately for being "disrespectful"....
>ww2 show >terrorist attack
yeah cus the two are obviously related. What the frick conspiracy shit are you smoking.
They filmed Bob right after Saving private Ryan. It was the same production team and the same sets in some cases.
Ww2 movies are really popular at the time and they didn’t need any media to prime the pumps for recruitment back in 2001. 9/11 on its own was more than enough.
The whole thing was filmed and in the bag by mid 1999
Do you feel that the addition of the "smuggling the survivors back home" plot will be a positive addition, or that they should have spent more time at the base with interactions between the main cast?
>We've already lost main-guy Buck
We didn't though. And that's the problem. The main character's plane was shot down. Off screen. The show is baiting the viewer in to thinking the main character is dead in order to create drama and a cliffhanger at the end of an episode. BoB and Pacific never did that.
I'm not sure how to put this. This show is written too much like a weekly television show and not enough like a mini series. I shouldn't have to be baited in to watching next weeks episode.

Nope. I'm just not going to argue anymore. If you enjoy the show then by all means enjoy it. I realize I've spent over a decade defending The Pacific from posts like this

. I realize I've wasted a lot of time doing that but the criticisms never go away. So I'm not going to sit here and waste both of our times having the same discussion about why I think this show is shit and why you think it's good for the next decade. Enjoy the rest of the series.

What a terrific film. Yeah, the effects aren't always the best, but that writing makes you care about the entire cast, and even though it's not a gory war film, it has some of my favorite scenes building up tension with pretty horrifying moments.
How horrifying. If i remember rightly he said earlier in the movie that he didnt have a parachute on because of the lack of room and just had the safety strap on. And once that unanging thereclicked he's literally just hanging there.
nope, the real life guy survived and died in the early 2000s iirc. bucky dies in 60-70s or something. my bet is they're getting grabbed by the germans and will chill in a concentration camp or something
>horrible green screen >obvious tiny model
you gays are trying to hard. Old practical effects looked just as cheesy as cheap CGI. Where shit was obviously green screened, models, matte paintings, or god awful stop motion.
Or compare the first top gun to maverick. The cuts in the first top gun were all over the place and the scenes were extremely short. You can tell they could only film like 2 seconds before the jets passed by. In maverick you get much better edits and camera angles making the action considerably easier to follow and more interesting. Maverick was like 99% CG too.
Take off your rose colored glasses. Practical effects fricking sucked for the most part.
WTF is that perspective on the cows? If these filmmakers can't make good CG in motion, then don't have the cameras making sweeping shots. HOLY MOTHER OF MOSES! This show was in production for over a decade.
Is that woman's hand in front passing THROUGH the cow? If you can't make good CG KEEP IT IN THE BACK! Holy shit.
Generation kill had absolutely no action despite that one episode and it focused entirely on the characters and was pretty entertaining.
Band of Brothers had tons of action and each episode focused on a different character. You got to know each and every one of them. Show was great (even if people b***h about the concentration camp. Go leave)
The Pacific took me two watches to get all the characters down and their story arcs. It was a bit disjointed there but in the end it's a great show. I don't think people liked it as much as Band of Brothers because it was a lot, lot darker. The fighter in the pacific was fricking brutal and the Japanese were fanatical. You don't get scenes like Snafu tossing rocks into a dead japs head or cutting out their teeth for the gold in Band of Brothers.
In Masters of the Air you get 3 episodes straight of the same scenes. Bombing runs. The CGI doesn't bother me because honestly how else are they going to do it. It's just repetitive. Bar scene, bombing run, bar scene.
Generation Kill is honestly brilliant and doesn’t get talked about enough. Don’t know if I’ve seen anything else that really nails how botched the invasion of Iraq was.
BoB and Pacific knew how to use the violence and action to develop the characters. The action in MoA doesn't feel like it holds any emotional weight. We haven't really seen how the violence and loss of life effects the pilots, other than a couple of speeches by Elvis at the end of the first two episodes, which I thought were very cliche and didn't hold much weight.
I'm not sure if the emotional disconnect is being done on purpose, a pilots experience in the war was much different than a front line soldier.
Also the way they move is a big part, zipping past like jets and manuevering like UFOs. For me its the reason why it will never be as good as other bomber porn, like Memphis Belle for instance.
>Memphis Belle
thanks for recommending. is this a really nice and authentic movie about bomber pilots during WW2?
Anonymous
It's a 1990s film so the effects can sometimes be iffy (though offset by a lot of practical effects and planes).
Apparently, even if the story in the film isn't true a lot of things that happen in the film happened to servicemen. I'd say, more importantly than that, it's an excellent film with great characters you care about with some fantastic action.
I'd highly recommend it

Thumbs up to all my Memphis Belle bros in this thread.
it didn't fail. but both masters and the pacific are second rate attempts to capture lighting in a bottle again. there will never be another band of brothers. there is only the one. what we've got here is a knock-off, a cheap imitation.
Nobody to blame but yourself. However its the lack of any real good plane shots that is the biggest crime, one of the many reasons why Memphis Belle mogs it so hard.

Absolutely patrician.
where it's obviously some guy butthurt seething about MOTA in every post while trying to bring up MB that speaks volumes for what's really happening
What's so great about this scene is that the focus of the loss of Mother and Country is on Danny and Luke. Luke was the one who wanted to feel part of the action and landed a kill on a German plane only for that to turn to horror when it killed his own men. He got what he wanted at the cost of his own men, and he doesn't even get punished or chastised for it. It's only his own guilt that's driving him now to get the mission done and take this seriously, which is a great bit of character writing because none of the other characters even blame him for it. For Danny, it's a two-for. For one, Danny befriended Mother and Country's crew only to hear them go down screaming, but (based on my subjective interpretive and not at all full-proof reading) it's also something Danny has to consider - dying. Danny seems to fantisize about death with his poem (or at the very least seems unbothered by the prospect of death) and with Danny he has to hear someone whose clinging on to life screaming for help as he plunges to the Earth which would force Danny to think about his notions of death which would reflect later in the film.
For good B-17 porn apart from Memphis Belle, Tora Tora Tora has some good shots. Particularly the one at the end of this clip that has one going into a full power climb after the aborted landing. Worth the price of admission alone for someone like me. Much better than the cg slop in MoA.
don't forget the keef, kherson and izyum route, thousands of visually confirmed losses. against the poorest eastern-european country receiving hand me downs of 80s weaponry by the west.

It's okay. all the scenes at dance halls blend together
cheap looking CGI
Low effort
I've watched an hour and I still have no idea who anybody is or why I should care about them
had the same problem with the pacific.
in BoB you had also a dozen or so characters but we had a relatively strong start when it mainly focused on winters and nixon with some notable guys like malarkey, gonorrhea and spears appearing regularly so you had a good sense on what is happening, who's where doing what and which people are interacting with each other.
in the pacific there plot was all over the place, you never really knew who the guys were and what the frick they were up to. a few blink and you miss it scenes showed that basilone and leckie were at the same island that one time and sledge talking to leckie sometime later in the plot but it still was confusing as shit. just random battlefield porn slaughtering japs and suffering losses, sometimes with months passing inbetween episodes. it took me a couple of times rewatching it to properly get it right. at least the parts when they're busy island hopping.
also basiloney romance arc was kinda long and boring and could've been done better, more compact.
now in mota i just don't really feel interested in any of the characters. like yeah we have elvis and his buddy, that moron crosby and barry (rip) but that's kinda it, even those guys are kinda bland and the action itself is shit. yeah the pajeeti CGI doesn't help at all, all those moronic explosions, ps3 tier ragdolls, CGI animals and missaligned effects are really taking you out of it. so far the most comfy thing is watching the guys chill at the airfield, repairing shit or interacting with the civilians. as soon as they take off on another bombing run it becomes this slog of watching some random copilots and sidegunners being shot to mush, crosby fricking up his shit again, them losing 1/4 or 1/3 of their planes in a marvelesque CGI orgy while hitting nothing themselves. maybe it'll become more interesting once they're on the ground and have to flee the germans looking for them but so far it's mediocre as shit
its a kino show if you know the lore of pacific theater, i should probably watch it again, i'm even more knowledgeable of the war now than when i first watched it, when i basically only knew the naval engagements (which it glosses over)
except BoB is overrated boring boomer slop shit and The Pacific is kino of the highest order

I'm watching it but after the last episode I've given up on it actually getting good.
Last episode was the best episode so far.
that's not saying much. it was about on par with the melbourne episode of the pacific. glaring example of the narrative problems MoA has.
you're saying that because you're unable to appreciate war kino, zoomie

and i can tell you have never read too many ww2 books because a lot of them are entirely focused on hyping up a specific group that served in the war. like thunder below or hell from the heavens
sorry I don't love your tv show as much as you do.
Yep, i thought the first two episodes were a bit odd with pacing, etc, then ep3 hit the gear and ep4 was just comfy.
One night stand with cute polish widow was fun. Then that phone call...
for me it's helen the redcross waifu
so basically you like this show because you're coomer morons?
and basically since you call anyone who criticizes this show a zoomer, you are in fact a zoomer yourself.
this, it's always nice to see war waifus in those kind of shows
the real reason is because it's on apple tv. think about the kind of person that has apple tv
so effectively the only people actually watching this are pirates
i like it and am enjoying it so far. history is fun
Soooo.......Is this series a kind of a revival of this project?
It serves the same propaganda purpose.
your universities are full of propaganda, it's why you are unable to appreciate war kino zoomie
>duh liberal college professors are trying to get zoomers to worship Hitler and hate our greatest ally Israel!!!
lol, you literally agree with them on 99% of everything
That's not what I asked
Band of Brothers and the Pacific did a much better job of making the characters feel real and relatable to me. In the 2 eps of this I watched everyone felt like a cardboard cutout.
I think they fell back too much on the same old character tropes they used for infantry guys when the sort of tension they needed to build for this sort of combat is different.
the show isn't trying to make them relatable to you, they are trying to adapt crosby's novel faithfully
>The show isn’t trying to be GOOD!
Cope and seethe
who are you quoting?
>Bad acting is FAITHFUL TO THE BOOK chud
so the show is bad if you make up shit about it?
t. Prequel fan
>Band of Brothers : 9.4
>The Pacific : 8.3
>Masters of the Air : 7.9
it's not looking good anon
>BoB the actors all had unique if not conventionally attractive faces.
BoB actors were picked to look like the men they were representing.
Terrible acting, inspid writing and structure. God awful cgi. And we haven't even enter lolcaust airspace yet.
LMAO
if this is your reaction to seeing black people please have a nice day. Or remain in pol.
>the first conclusion he jumps to is that your laughing at the blacks and not the godawful greenscreen
No sir its YOU that needs to go leave
yeah I'm sure that's it.
i would like to see a series about uss enterprise in the pacific
I want to see a mini-series about the USS Liberty.
single ship series would be too limiting. instead you could make a mini about William Halsey or Tameichi Hara
History channel had such a kino series about the Enterprise
combat too unrealistic (planes rarely exploded, but usually went down after losing lift due to wing surface damage, loss of engines or internal fire) combined with very poor exposition on what or why they are bombing things.
internals shots of the aircraft are too clean. they should be shot more first person, with less stable shots, more vocal distortion due to all coms being on mics, more engine noise and airframe rattles. they really do not manage to capture the simultaneous sense of claustrophobia and agoraphobia of being in a freezing, unpressurized tin can at high altitude while being shot at.
mission briefings are a bit too cavalier, and do not add any sense of drama or pressure.
>tism will sell our show
all the plane autists are already watching the show
oxygen fires?? and they are explaining the missions, the sound design is also super good lol ur just insane or not watching the show
oxygen fires were rare, especially multiple oxygen explosions on multiple planes in the same five minutes.
sound design is still much too quiet. even flying in a light piston twin is substantially louder.
wrong link.
much better footage and no awful sound added in post
They should've been more faithful to the book. So many themes they didn't adapt here.
>da nooooooooogs
The eternal anglo. Holy shit.
Walljobs, lmao
From Crosbys novel?
This wonderful dialogue
>the spawners of race hatred and minority oppression
Lmao, who wrote this?
>the spawners of race hatred and minority oppression
I find it hard to believe that 1940s britbongs were this cucked.
They absolutely were. Look into Aleister Crowley and his ties to Winston Churchill. The Allie quite literally fought against Germany because they were in favor of White Genocide and worshipping the devil. The Allies fought for transgenderism and interracial cuckold porn.
>TFW Hitler is making Brits hate Poos in 1940s Bongistan
They cast good actors for BoB. These preening queefs think they're in a fashion catalogue.
And then everyone clapped
No, everyone scolded me moron. I still maintain my position though.
>I reminded him that he volunteered
based. thank you for your service
Bob came out to n 2000-2001 before 9/11 and years before Iraq
Band Of Brothers premiered 2 days before 9/11 happened but I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
>ww2 show
>terrorist attack
yeah cus the two are obviously related.
>You should have beat that old race traitor to a pulp, shame the Japs didn't castrate him.

PEAK B-17 kino
I appreciate the ~5 posters who have mentioned something about the show amidst the ~30 others having a /misc/ shitfling
there isn't much to discuss about this show
Do you feel that the addition of the "smuggling the survivors back home" plot will be a positive addition, or that they should have spent more time at the base with interactions between the main cast?
I think the 5 minutes of screen time that plot was given exemplifies everything that is wrong with this show.
I too think that plot is spreading things too thin. We've already lost main-guy Buck and I feel the show barely told me anything about it.
I shouldn't have to be baited in to watching next weeks episode.
they said there were 4 chutes, how is it baiting
enjoy the rest of the series anon.
did u reply to the wrong post?
briddick from the show died in an oxy fire
Enjoy the rest of the series.
you are kenough and your effort does matter, don't let yourself down, soldier!
I told myself I wouldn't pass judgement on this show until I've seen the whole thing at least twice.
pacific is kino and i dont care if zoomers think it's not
comet line will become relevant because that's the way they will get bucky and crosby home
It's a blatant advertisement for diversity and the air force, the only thing to discuss here is politics.
>It's a blatant advertisement for diversity
How many black people have there been in the show outside of a few seconds in the intro?
I can't wait until you see the interracial sex scene in the next episode.
Idk about you but I really want to see big black wieners pounding tight white pussy. oh yes mmm kino
>zoomers who hate war kino do it by lying to themselves because they've been indoctrinated to hate war by the liberal elite
many such cases.
SAD!
Seriously, do you think about anything other than interracial sex?
they are zoomers, of course not
I also think about israelites.
>pretending that this propaganda slop is anything other than israeli shitflinging
try again when all the self-hating brown mutts have gone to sleep. they're filtering out of school right now
unironically better, realistic characters, story, action, drama
yea but not really though
wowee cgi
name three characters without googling
crosby, buck, bucky
their names, anons
>Ask for three names
>Receive three names
>Um uhhhh err DISQUALIFIED
so you dont know their names okay
there you go at least this anon is trying
If Bucky goes the entire show being called "Bucky" except for one scene then only pedants are going to say "that's not his REAL name"
no, the other anon gave gale and babyface
look its okay if you didnt know more than two nicknames
BoB was a character driven show
Memphis Belle was character driven film
Masters of Air is not
>i have no attention span
>this means everyone else has too
Uh, actually sweetie, Babyface isn't his REAL name
The problem with the show is that bombing runs are a bit repetitive. There just isn't much variety going on.
god you're fricking moronic.
>get BTFO
>"NNNOOOOO NOT LIKE THAT
just take the L lil bro
you need their full names, or just the family names?
it's not as if their names are really said that often. only thing i remember is elvis being called ga(y)le.
also the cannonball cuck over belgium was babyface

post the regensburg scene :p
What a terrific film. Yeah, the effects aren't always the best, but that writing makes you care about the entire cast, and even though it's not a gory war film, it has some of my favorite scenes building up tension with pretty horrifying moments.
?si=LmPW8OEFZ8bPIdQi
shit i had forgotten about that bit
>SHIT I'M STUCK AGAIN *rotation noise clanging*
Another based Memphis Belle enjoyer. Beware the seething schizo, he thinks theres only one lol
>this ONE short scene mogs the shit out of MoA hard
Absolutely patrician.
How horrifying. If i remember rightly he said earlier in the movie that he didnt have a parachute on because of the lack of room and just had the safety strap on. And once that unanging thereclicked he's literally just hanging there.
>mfw
>samegayging for 3 hours because someone made you angry on Cinemaphile
will we be seeing more of you in the future threads, memphis belle schizo?
>What a terrific film
Agreed.
howw many seasons and episodes ?
pic unrelated
Terrible acting
the intro theme is great
I don't give a shit about airBlack folk which accounted for less than 1% of pilot deaths during WW2 yet given over 50% of the screen time.
>deleted
bye schizo
are there any leaks so far? anything about the plot maybe?
yeah i think like 4 episodes leaked
so Clavens is gone, just like that?
nope, the real life guy survived and died in the early 2000s iirc. bucky dies in 60-70s or something. my bet is they're getting grabbed by the germans and will chill in a concentration camp or something
?si=tGY5BCA7b0pjQWyD
Pure SOVL. 300mil budget and they couldnt even get close lmao
>all those real planes

why aren't you posting the scene
Fantastic cinematography, pure kino.

thats where you're wrong
holy shit that mogs master of the air HARD
Getting to watch real planes is a glorious beauty.
The cg shitshow in this series is sad.
>Getting to watch real planes is a glorious beauty.
this is pretty much why moa isnt gripping me.
>281/70
you're really kicking it into gear to get out of this thread fast, aren't you, belle spammer?
That shot at 4:37 is stunning.
>horrible green screen
>obvious tiny model
you gays are trying to hard.
Butler can't get rid of his Elvis accent
non-americ**t here but i think it's somewhat fitting. sounds like an old-timey slicker that's a couple of decades off maybe
Reminder that the B-17 was hilariously crap.
>butthurt Brit whining about how they used to rule the world
>you will never drop incendiary bombs on a school
We need another war.
>Why did the new band of brothers fail?
The first two episodes were all about barfing, bars, and bicycles. Got bored, dropped it.
?si=yZb-1jt8kESS6ugD
Doesnt even have to try to mog this series, its not even a contest.
While its not Battle of Britain (nothing is), its still top tier aerial cinematography. Watching real planes move is awesome.
Unironically this. Memphis Belle is peak B-17 kino
For me? It's the 47
soulless cast that all look like fashion obsessed little homosexuals and pajeet cgi kills this for me
>pajeet cgi
this. the regensburg scene is hilariously bad
Pajeet cgi scenes, you say?
WHAT THE FRICK
I refuse to believe cgi is cheaper than simply renting a husky and filming on a misty English morning.
>250 million and they cg a husky
>and cows
Because it was goyslop
If you CGI non fantasy animals, I'm not watching your show
Sirs. no, please!
wait WHAT, are those cg cows?
everything is cheap CGI, absolutely disgusting
>OH NO NO AIR SISTERS HOW DO WE RESPOND
>cg cows
BWAHAHAHHHA
WTF is that perspective on the cows? If these filmmakers can't make good CG in motion, then don't have the cameras making sweeping shots. HOLY MOTHER OF MOSES! This show was in production for over a decade.
Is that woman's hand in front passing THROUGH the cow? If you can't make good CG KEEP IT IN THE BACK! Holy shit.
>ESL samegay spam starts after hitler spam stops
hmm... interesting....
https://www.gbnews.com/celebrity/masters-of-the-air-backlash-cgi-graphics-apple
oh n-
Generation kill had absolutely no action despite that one episode and it focused entirely on the characters and was pretty entertaining.
Yeah man how else are they going to find the rare and extinct animal; the cow (and the husky).
i think he's talking about the flight scenes, anon.
Generation Kill > Band of Brothers
ep5 is going to be the munster raid where 100th bomb civilian targets, it's going to be a dark episode probably
Generation Kill is honestly brilliant and doesn’t get talked about enough. Don’t know if I’ve seen anything else that really nails how botched the invasion of Iraq was.
>botched
after the ukrainian war is over this term will need to be properly redefined
BoB and Pacific knew how to use the violence and action to develop the characters. The action in MoA doesn't feel like it holds any emotional weight. We haven't really seen how the violence and loss of life effects the pilots, other than a couple of speeches by Elvis at the end of the first two episodes, which I thought were very cliche and didn't hold much weight.
I'm not sure if the emotional disconnect is being done on purpose, a pilots experience in the war was much different than a front line soldier.
>The action in MoA doesn't feel like it holds any emotional weight.
Agreed, its pretty sloppy.
I've seen other people mention it in this thread but you see planes getting shot down but you feel nothing because they are all nameless and faceless
It's a 1990s film so the effects can sometimes be iffy (though offset by a lot of practical effects and planes).
Apparently, even if the story in the film isn't true a lot of things that happen in the film happened to servicemen. I'd say, more importantly than that, it's an excellent film with great characters you care about with some fantastic action.
I'd highly recommend it
Thumbs up to all my Memphis Belle bros in this thread.
it didn't fail. but both masters and the pacific are second rate attempts to capture lighting in a bottle again. there will never be another band of brothers. there is only the one. what we've got here is a knock-off, a cheap imitation.
>schizo gets completely mindbroken from being pointed out mb doesn't have regensburg scene

You did lol
post the scene
>entire cast dies off screen
powerful
>Why did the new band of brothers fail?

Nobody to blame but yourself. However its the lack of any real good plane shots that is the biggest crime, one of the many reasons why Memphis Belle mogs it so hard.

Are goys really mindless barnyard animals like goyslop implies?
they are if the animals are cg like in this show lmao

Shit writing, wooden acting, godawful cg and an overeliance on it. Lack of real plane use.

CGI. Which is not only complete shit but also takes away cinematographic creativity. There is a hundred ways to shoot (pun intended) the battle scenes but they chose to do it the most boring way.
all we know about these characters is that bucky doesn't like sports. Bet he'd say "sports ball" unironically.
oh and that one guy gets air sick.
What about the other Buck? I guess he likes to frick. that's all he did on his time off. and get drunk.

thats what you have been doing ever since i pointed out your bomber film doesnt have regensburg mission. i wonder what other missions it lacks. i also wonder if it has missions at all, because they couldnt afford more than 2 planes or whatever.
i challenge you to keep up your schizo spam in the next thread, but we both know you wont

my condolences
we both know there are just you and me in this thread left so no reason to reply multiple times, you don't have to keep spamming for me.
i know you'll be taking my words with you after you close this thread, and you'll remember this experience the next time you start spamming about memphis belle because it's precisely the comment i made that caused you to start spamming it in the first place.
i literally made you a schizo. and i probably won't even be around to see your next chimpout, because let's be honest, you're not really going to go through wtih this, you'll be embarassed after this thread ends and you can pretend it never happened.
>refuses to believe there are more than two people here
Yep thats a schizo alright.
you are simply too dumb to samegay. do you think this is the first time i've made a schizo embarassed and self reflect?
either way i am looking forward to never hearing from you again, "memphis belle schizo", because let's be honest i hit the nail on the head when i called you embarassed, you'll just let this chimpout run its course to make it look like you're masterfully making everyone seethe by spamming about memphis belle after someone made a comment shitting on the film, ironically. and after this thread concludes you'll be glad since you can finally stop pretending to be moronic
Second hand embarrasment: the post

>how about you committ to doing this the entire season?
I would but I have to work, yay life. Also binging witcher 3 atm, so just for today I've broken you.
okay that's 2 people so far who i have committed to keeping these threads bumped with their spam, all within 1 thread
who cares. i'm sick of digging through the catalogue to find the single thread about this show that may or may not be there.
>i have committed
lmao
i made some guy literally spend 5 hours of their free time trying to force a memphis belle discussion in this thread, and the same guy promised he will do it the next thread.
so yes, they are committed now.
I tihnk you meant to say you spent five hours seething over other people talking about something you didnt want too and tried to shut it down with spam.
Broken schizo.
spin it however you want, all you have to do is scroll up to posts like
where it's obviously some guy butthurt seething about MOTA in every post while trying to bring up MB that speaks volumes for what's really happening
>forgot about this thread entirely
>proceeds to still post butthurt
lmao
Its the screaming on the radio that does it for me.
>It's only his own guilt that's driving him now to get the mission done
Yeah, when he gets back into the wienerpit stonefaced, "Whatever you say Dennis you know what your doing."
Rough.
For good B-17 porn apart from Memphis Belle, Tora Tora Tora has some good shots. Particularly the one at the end of this clip that has one going into a full power climb after the aborted landing. Worth the price of admission alone for someone like me. Much better than the cg slop in MoA.

>real planes flying around
>real crash landing
>real full power climb
Love Tora Tora Tora
it wasn't about a Wehrmacht band of brothers like Company of Heroes 1.
because of N I G G E RS
Check em
>go back to my game for a few hours
>MoA defender is still seething at some randos
>hfw
>he "Mother and Country" scene is still one of the most haunting moments I've ever seen in any media.
Yeah your not wrong, thats genuinly terrifying.
How the screaming of the man leads into the screaming of the static is burned into my brain.
no honor in fire bombing civilians, officer class airforce and navy zogbots are the worst
don't forget the keef, kherson and izyum route, thousands of visually confirmed losses. against the poorest eastern-european country receiving hand me downs of 80s weaponry by the west.
second army my ass, zigger trash. compared to you shitshow the second gulf war is flawless victory
>inb4 muh failed occupation
yeah, your subhuman hordes won't even get that far
The F-16s going operational in May is going to be hilariously interesting. With hohol pilots i fully expect them to drive the planes into a minefield lmao
Characters aren’t that likable and the subject matter is repetitive and hard to follow.
Also they really couldn’t shoot two scenes in the California desert and call it Algeria? That green screen was god awful
>start fast forwarding through the episode to get to the flight combat sequence
>there isn't one
This show sucks ass, the guys handsome but not enough to carry this snoozefest.
