when aids vectors feel comfortable and start talking, they can really be stomach turning and not realise it.
the stuff they do stays within their circles and they are so surrounded by it that they begin to think it is completely normal.
normal people don't realise the depths of foulness involved or they'd probably start burning them at the stake again.

🙁 I know you're just trolling, but really how does anyone think RT should be taken even semi-seriously? What I mean is that good movies are often polarizing. One critic thinks it's an A+, the other thinks it's an F. That sounds like a movie I want to see! But it averages out to a C. Which not only turns me off the movie for being mediocre, but it literally represents no one's opinion! Someone thought it was great and someone thought it was reprehensible shit, but C says everyone thought it was meh!
I know you guys on Cinemaphile are bright and don't actually take these ratings seriously, but I know a lot of people who also "don't take them seriously" yet still think it's a valuable bellweather as to whether a movie is generally worth seeing or not. It's not! It's a stupid metric and you'd be better served by finding a few critics whose tastes are similar to yours and watching what they like!

Again, vocal minority (besides the rape thing). Most women don't use fanfic sites. That would be like saying most men are nazis because there's a lot of them on /misc/.

You'd be surprised by how many women (who regularly consume media beyond what "everyone's watching") actually have that kind of fantasy.

That's something I notice too. They don't want gay characters, they want straight characters they can ship because apparently they can only live vicariously through guys they'd wanna frick fricking each other.

There was some sort of study which theorized women like watching attractive males engaged in romantic relationships, but are uncomfortable comparing themselves to their female partners and feel a sense of abstract jealousy.

Pairing them with another attractive male solves both these issues, while giving them 2x as much hotness to look at.

Another study posited yaoi manga offers women a way to explore sexuality and pornography that is completely devoid of male presence. Since men are repulsed by male homosexuality, it makes this kind of environment a "safe haven" of sorts; although it features men only, it is made *by women* for *women*, in a similar vein to how most pornography is made *by men* for *men*.

This used to be true as BL was very woman focused, as an offshoot of shoujo manga. It was very distinct from geicomi flby and for gay men too.

Since 2010 there's been a shift though, with bl becoming less shoujo in its art, plus more overlap between bl and geicomi

Nobody wants to see two dudes kissing. Like sure, every dude should kiss his homies goodnight, but that's different. We say 'no homo' before our tongues intertwine. Anyone who just flaunts their sexuality has the appeal of a frat boy.
    >yeah, dude, i was totally porking this chick with my dick!
    Is equivalent to
    >actually, I'm a bisexualy polyamorous blah blah i like penis
    That shit is whack

Reminder you WILL pay to watch the movie or you will be labeled a BIGOT! Women will now quiz you on the content of the movie and if they find out you didn't see it they will NOT frick you.

MANY straight people feel disgusted in a literal, visceral way about homosexuality.

I can watch women licking each other’s pussies all day but the second two dudes’ lips touch each other I feel physically sick. This is because I’m normal.

As a straight man, gay "romance" disgusts me. I can stomach all kinds of stuff but the second two men start kissing i feel like throwing up. I have a theory that if men kissing doesn't make you sick to your stomach, you're at least bisexual. There is no in between.

Why do they not understand that there is nothing appealing about this to straight men? Gay sex is at the top of my list of revolting sexual acts just below necrophilia.
