Starkiller was the son of two powerful Jedi Knights and was brought under Darth Vaders tutelage as his apprentice and he had to suffer through a gruesome and rigorous training for years starting at a young age before getting mind raped, etc.

Star Killer is ridicolous, that's what makes him abd his games entertaining.
The nu trilogy with rey ala star killer would be like this:
    >Rey is the failed apprentice of luke, looks like a pornstar.
    >edgy attitude and tries to kill snoke the moment she sees him.
    >backflips and and ninjakicks her way through hordes of storm troopers, cuts Mandalorians in half and crashes a star destroyer on kylo ren to finish him off.
    >her D cups bounce in snyc to her over the top action moves, disney had to invent a new special bra and post effects to make the bouncing artistic and believable enough.
    >trilogy ends after rey kills the first order to a man.
    >Finn is an edgy sidekick that kills phasma one on one in the last movie by punching her helmet to scraps.
    >oscar isaac defeats snokes ship by doing a keyes loop and baits the entire first order fleet in a minefield next to a plantes orbit. He escapes with his ships by slingshotting everyone out of orbit.
    >Admiral Holdo is a buff, one eyed dommy mommy with sick abs and even bigger tits than rey. She kicks a stormtrooper in the crotch who then exclaims:"wowie zowie, not my death stars!"
    >rose tico is a random korean plastic drama model that has a love-hate relationship with finn.
    >lukes personality is now that of some old, pissed of samurai and he is technically stronger than snoke, so snoke uses tricks to kill luke.
    >han and leia die because snoke nukes them because evil.

She does train. The problem is that she never truly "falls" like Luke does in empire and thus the movies fail to connect to the collective unconscious like the originals did.

          Anonymous

          No she doesn’t.

She defeats a literal Skywalker (Kylo Ren) with 20 YEARS OF TRAINING under the 2 most powerful force users of all time. And she wins.

Nobody in the fandom will ever accept Rey Palpatine. She is the living physical embodiment of the corporate destruction of a story that for a while used to be the most popular/ influential in the entire culture. She continues to STEAL Luke Skywalker’s stories and accomplishments instead of standing on her own. She’s an absolute nightmare

The fuck she does. Aside from the brief training montage in RoS, her "training" consists of one-and-a-half lessons with Luke, and yet she stomped a trained Sith apprentice right after using a Lightsaber for the first time
          >b-but Kylo was wounded!
Still doesn't excuse a novice completely dominating him, and continuing to do so in every fight they had after that.

Not that guy but basically Sidious already knew what they were up to, which makes sense because he's the fucking Emperor, so he ordered Vader to order his secret apprentice to infiltrate them to take them all out at once both as a display of power against any organized resistance and to remind Vader that he's in charge and will replace him at the drop of a hat if he feels like it. It wasn't that crazy of a story arc when you view it as an Emperor-Vader centric arc.

Then he gets deceived into bringing all of the rebel leaders together for Vader to betray him and leave him for dead again. Movie VS Game
Playing as a super powerful force character is fun. Do people love the character of starkiller? I think they just like playing as him. He is a completely mediocre character.
