It needs extra sovl to deliver the kino. You know dis brazza
Why does she have a drill on her face?
because of my penis
Imagine if it turns out very bad
Animation is dead.
>IS THAT A SPIRAL??????
>AHHHHHH IM GOING INSAAAAAAAAAANE SAVE ME JAPAN-KUN
boring comic other than some creepy imagery.
watch Bakuman if you want to know how much effort it takes
>anime adapting a manga about making manga
When will we have a manga about making anime, which then gets adapted into an anime?
>watching bakuman
the most moronic behaviour you could uphold.
nah man i'm just watching it ironically, relax
Already happened look up Shirobako
It's called taking an effort
What's funny is that it's only 4 episodes. I'm almost certain some dumbass deleted the whole thing and they're starting from scratch.
jesus frick, i remember they said it was coming out in summer 2019, and what they are gonna shit out now, 3 years later, is FRICKING 4 episodes, really
They probably gonna skip some parts too
For the best. Uzumaki has a lot of crap filler.
Is there any news? Any news at all?
delayed again last week
>delayed again last week
God damn it what date do I have to postpone my suicide to now
It'll be out when it's out. And we like that.
Not all mangos are easy to turn into movies, zoomer.
Yeah. When they did Ito's stuff the first time it looked like dog shit because all the detail was gone to rush it out there.
Cause its made with SOUL.
Because kinos take time to make unlike your run off the mill isekai no. 67543
was this moved from another board or are y'all just spamming random vaguely tranime-related things nowdays
>y'all
Junji Ito is just a meme.
I have yet to read a good story from him.
>just 3 years
nothing personnel kiddo, but you have seen nothing yet
toonami is going off air soon
They decided to redo everything with a more diverse cast to give the viewers what they want.
Didn't TWD+ shut down Williams Street?
It’s doa, I’m sure a weeb can explain it better but I guarantee the feeling you get reading his stories won’t translate into a motion medium
Anyone read Tomie? I've been going through it and I don't really see the point. Some really neat drawings, but all the stories seem to follow the same formula of "tomie fricks over some innocent shmuck again" without much gained or learned by the end. Does her character ever get expanded?
Haven’t read Tomie, but most of Itos stuff is basically innocent people getting fricked up by supernatural events/advanced technology for some vague usually unknown reason. The characters never have arcs as they’re just vehicles to show the weird stuff happening to people. Hell Uzumaki is the same characters getting fricked up by spirals in different ways in each story only to forget about it by the time the next story begins only for them to get fricked up by a spiral again (or random mosquito nurses).
Tomie is just Ito's pet monster
at no point does he explain what she's supposed to be, where she came from, or what she wants. The concept of her stories is "beautiful demon torments men" with no deeper point.
Most of Junji Ito's works are best enjoyed as simple showcases of horror. Don't go into his catalogue expecting to find any literary masterworks.
Ah, I understand. After writing it for so many years, I thought there was a chance he'd do something more interesting with her.
It's still cool for what it is though, and I'll just temper my expectations a little bit. Thanks
You're assuming it's the same Tomie. Tomie are basically a species at this point, not an individual. Eventually there's even a war of Tomie.
>You and the protagonist from the last movie/show you watched has to survive this
How fricked are you?
IT HAS A BUTTHOLE
Which event would be the worst to go through in the itoverse? For me it’s the infinite dream one
