Why does Twitter hate Tom Taylor

Like there is worst writers in comics at dc alone than him, and I'm not a fan of him either, but a lot of the hate feels very false

And do people really care about Duke Thomas, anyway as that what the last drama was about

Well yeah, it's all fricking fake. It's just funny that it's happening to a piece of shit like Tom Taylor. Just like it was funny when it happened to Joss Whedon.

      >fake
Far from it, he courted these type of people and so they eventually ate him, as they always do to everyone including Gail Simone, while his sales have dwindled on every book he holds hostage because none of these creeps buy comics.

In a just world he’d be fired, not to satiate the weirdos but because he isn’t appealing to anyone most importantly customers. Hes a cancer.

Everyone hates Tom Taylor. When you’re a performative person, people eventually grow tired of the performance. That he thinks it’s some grand conspiracy is genuinely pathetic.

Cant stand his writing personally, no idea about the guy himself but his creative output repels me

Because he has no substance and constantly tries to chase clout on twitter

he got himself into a pickle by writing a dick babs story while DC is airing a live action titans show with a black starfire

The funny thing is, the Kori actress and Dick actor don't really have chemistry. They feel like co-workers. Which isn't a bad thing, I love them both individually in other ships. Just, DickKori falls really flat on Titans HBO. DickBabs feels more like Babs is his Domme and Dick's a brat and there's no romance or attraction there.

So what did he do for Twitter to finally turn on this butthole?

something about a Nightwing cover not having Black Batman on it

I mean that’s incredibly dumb but I guess when you only ever try and chase Twitter likes for doing incredibly dumb shit it’s bound to bite you in the ass

I’d never pay 3.99 for a comic he wrote, but I’d pay 399.99 to watch someone bash his insufferable bratty face in.

He's a pretty dull writer so twitter turning on him is having people wake up to his weaknesses. His characters are shallow and his dialogue weak, the kind of dialogue you hear on a show-within-a-show. He has three plots that he keeps cycling through hoping no one will notice.

For me he's easily the weakest of the 'famous' big two writers in the last ten years.

I hated this run. Laura would never concern herself with internet people. And turning her into a big sister/mom figure was fricking awful. I hate how Taylor writers everyone with the same spunky cutesy demeanor. Every single character.

Why the hell would anyone on Cinemaphile care what people on Twitter think? Twitter is, quite literally with no exaggeration, more than 50% bots. (Numerous studies confirm this, despite the recent purges.)

idk probably because he's a smug gay with untermensch facial hair squinty eyes and a shit eating grin made for copulating with black mens buttholes that would stick two markers in the spaces between his fingers because he thinks it makes him look more like wolverine and less like a smug gay with untermensch facial hair squinty eyes and a shit eating grin made for copulating with black mens buttholes

I really don't understand how fricking fanfiction writers have become more respecatable and capable of depth. Right now in this one weird story I've read

      >OCs that fit into the world and are their own characters
      >Moral ambiguity beyond breaking the law
      >Commentary on social issues is either brutal or dismissive, since that's basically life for the characters in questions
      >Characters hate and love each other to certain degrees
      >They are the villains, since they are all self-destructive to some degree

I’d only disagree that the discussion doesn’t exist, it does only it’s about head canons and shipping rather than comics
