The article doesn’t say Christopher spoke many languages PERFECTLY. It just says that he could SPEAK them. The question is not about how MANY languages someone can speak but how WELL they can speak a language that isn’t their native language. In the movie, Manny and Tony are both Spanish-English bilinguals. But Manny speaks English more fluently than Tony does.

I don't think Manny's english is particularly better or worse than Tony's. Tony just has a more pronounced accent and more of a tendency to pepper his speech with spanish terms when he's agitated, but his english is fine.
