The first season was an amazing post apocalyptic road trip, one of the best first seasons of a show of all time. Then the other seasons happened and the best part was a baboon who was done dirty in the series finale.
It felt more like Wolf: The Show, while everything else was background stuff. Did Benson get any good moments in the last season? Only his introduction was cool which was literally the first episode.

If you watch Rad Sechrist (?) interviews/promotions, he seems to be super left. Like his work is driven by wokeness foremost, before substance. So, it kinda feels soulless and boring. Like a white man's burden type of deal. It does not help that his ilk are shitty writers too.

Kipo starts off ok with a doo gooder everyone deserves a chance attitude, where she has to figure out ways of making people talk and trust her, this gets undermined when she gets powers, if anyone doesn't want to listen to her she goes mega, makes her more of a tyrant than the villain
Benson and Dave are drifters who are bland and feel like they just showed up from nowhere like they just materialize and weren't part of the setting, then Benson became the token Gay guy
Wolf was ok never really resolved or fully explain her backstory
Scralemagne was fun until they redeemed him, they gave him a statue which is ridiculous he killed people
Amelia seemed like she was going to have some sort of empathic story but then became a mustache twirling villain surprised she didn't tied someone to train tracks
The mutes were weird, they had a lot of gimmicks and apparently have killed and eaten humans which made me not care if anything bad happened to them
The setting is pretty much a Fallout fanfic with less 50's retro future mixed with Kamandi, the whole mutation outbreak makes less sense the more the show goes on.
The story of Kipo looking for her father got me invested, the story of her making this weird hipster utopia where there was no wrong think, was boring.
