Before even looking at the list I suspected wonder woman and black panther to be in the top 10 for the sake of pandering, the rest could probably be argued to some degree although endgame would be pushing it, mainly based on just wrapping up
i read through the list and while passing #2 thought "huh i ghuess batman (1989) is their number 1 its a little conventional thought they wouldve put a surprise movie as number 1" and actually laughed when i saw it
I like the Logan pick at #3 but the #1 just invalidates everything so who cares.

and since when is Robocop capeshit? The first time Robocop was introduced in comics was 1990 well after the first movie was made, and yes to be considered capeshit the movie should be from a comic book.
