This is how my hair has been regressing and I'm 32. The top isn't anywhere close to that yet, but man is it thinning. Pretty sure I will end up like Jason Alexander. The sides and back are still quite thick. Luckily it isn't abnormal for me to shave my head because I am too cheap and lazy to get haircuts. My skull shape is pretty decent and my face isn't fat. Plus I have an okay jawline and chin. Also I can grow a full beard, but I have a large grey blotch in it.

I was on Fin for two years and Minoxidil for one and I can honestly say that it halted and reversed my hair loss. The only side from the Minoxidil was itchy scalp (very common), but the Fin after 9 months of taking it with no issues, I suddenly had much weaker orgasms and pleasure in my penis. This freaked me out and lasted for two weeks before it went back to baseline. The only other side from Fin I had was more watery cum. I stopped taking the Minox after a year and my hair pretty much stayed the same.
