    DQ and Franchises
I think a lot of Hollywood's decline can be traced back to the root causes of rot in the writers room and Franchises

I started with that suggestion that but if you reduce the diversity quotas, particularly in the writing room, you will automatically reduce the obnoxious prevalence of politics in media.

Mad Max Fury Road is a perfect example as to why CGI is pure fricking cancer, look at Furiosa compared to it which used nothing but CGI.
Literally every film would be 100 times better with real practical effects over CGI, Gandhi had like 300,000 extra's. It was amazing.

    CGI & Analytics
The former will cause Capeshit to get better again, and lower Budgets across the board.
The latter will kneecap Diversity, Franchises, Politics, & Remakeboots. It won't solve them, but it will impair them.
Streaming on Demand isn't a real problem.

Massively Inflated budgets and streaming services annihilating ticket and DVD sales is what caused Hollywood to have to make only bottom of the barrel crap in the 2010s in the first place, because they couldn't/wouldn't invest money into creative mid-budget pictures anymore
    So those

Diversity is a form of politics, right? if so, then Remakes and Politics. Otherwise Diversity and Politics

Technically no it's not the same as inserting real life politics into movies. It's a offshoot of Analytics

I feel like "capeshit", "emphasis on franchises" and "Remakes/Reboots galore" are more or less all related.

So I guess I'd take "Analytic driven filmmaking" and "Emphasis on franchises". I like CGI animation, I like diversity, I like movies about politics.

Only logical answer. Franchises aren't inherently bad and even films famous for practical effects like Fury Road and Starship Troopers still use a frick ton of CGI. The issue with CGI and franchises is the untalented people behind them.
