except the difference is he did not order to kill anyone just transport them from spot A to spot B. With a good lawyer he gets max 2 years with 1 year probation and special privileges because of his disability.

I’m not trying to bullshit, but can jigsaw actually be charged for any of his crimes? Every single time he seen doing something that’s clearly illegal, he’s always just barely out of it. it’s either he’s using one of his goons to do his dirty work but who are also doing it out of loyalty and thus there isn’t a written paper trail to convict him or the police are inept at their jobs.

Although I haven’t watched all the movies in quite a while, anytime cops go into his place they do so without a warrant, you could make a case for booby trapping as like that one scene with the shotguns tied to the roof, but then again, John wears gloves, so there’s no evidence that he’s the one who set it up not only that, but even if he were still alive to convict I find it difficult that the jury would be convinced that a man with most dangerous and rapid cancer growth possible could do his hideous crimes. His goons would take the blame dor him anyday and anyone who survived who saw John do anything wouldn’t have any evidence beyond eyewitness which then becomes a he said/she said.

I legit think he can’t be charged for his crimes at least as a primary, at most maybe manslaughter. There’s no way to prove John was 100% the ring leader and responsible because of his loyal goons.

      >Kidnapping
Anytime someone was kinapped the kidnapper was wearing a cloak and pigmask, not a single jury would buy the story that John Kramer, a man who has cancer, would be able to over power his victims during this, his goons take the blame.
      >booby traps
Again you need to prove John set them up, now he is an engineer and thats a good start but it’s still not enough. you’d need to catch him in the act with multiple witnesses and evidence. John’s actually smart here because he wears the cloak and gloves when doing all of this, so it’s not like there is any.
      >Voice recording
The voice recording can’t be used because they established that his voice can be recreated with audio mixing in the movies so this doesnt work either.

John Kramer walks every time because of his loyal goons.

        >no evidence john kidnapped or ordered someone to kidnap anyone
        >no evidence john created traps to test his victims, john wears gloves no finger prints
        >no evidence john put his victims into traps or ordered his goons to put them in traps

At most a judge and jury can confirm john knew about the traps and thats it. he gets criminal negligence but due to his condition he simply gets supervised hospital admittance and a parol of 5 years

I am Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. One night about ten or fifteen years ago, Ginsburg said she had a movie we all needed to see. This was an unusual request because, while we had movie nights every Tuesday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays, Ruth was an ornery woman and she never liked to associate with the rest of us unless it was specifically for work. She said her granddaughter had told her about a film she’d seen, and I could tell by the look in her eyes that she had been shaken. We got together in the Supreme Court screening room and she popped in the DVD. It was the movie Saw. We watched the entire thing, then we watched it again three more times. We were shook.

We decided to go home and treat it as a case. The thing which disturbs me to this day is that in spite of our combined centuries of legal experience, we could not find a single way to legally charge Jigsaw. It simply could not be done. He committed the perfect crime and what’s more, he did it multiple times over.

I only hope that no psycho uses these movies as a road map because if they did… We’ll, God help us all. God help every one of us. The country would be powerless against them.
