I appreciate Wanted since I want to make the joke somewhat frequently about shooting a bullet that somehow redirects and shoots multiple people in the head, which is hard to explain quickly, but if you say "like in Wanted" people get it

The Mummy is kino but I don't really lump it in with the rest of this genre
theres lots to duel wielding and gun kino in it though, even moreso in the sequel.
Idk the tone is just more of an adventure movie than an action movie. The Tomb Raider movies are kinda borderline.
Start with the Matrix 1 and 2, they best define the genre. From there, go for either Blade 1 if you like horror, Equilibrium if you like sci-fi, or Tomb Raider if you're a coomer.

The movie sucked the first time I watched it, but I’ve watched it over again, and can appreciate it more.
Some of the scenes are cringe, and certain other parts are ridiculous, but there are a number of parts that are really well shot.
Also,
We should “ Mandela Effect” this movie, and replace Brad Pitt with Channing Tatum, and maybe put Pitt in Magic Mike, with a romance with Jenna Dewan.
