It was meant to be the title of the movie, but Nolan chickened out and called it TDKR. It was a line much like the famous 'What a view.... to a kill'

Bane was a big fish in a small plane. Compared to CIA he was big, because CIA and his plane were both small guys. Bane was setting out to find his destiny in Gotham - a land of giants.

He was saying that in answer to CIA saying “you’re a big guy”, hinting that there exist other Banes out there some of which are significantly bigger than he is

The "big guy" line is clearly an interrupting insult. Cops will regularly throw stuff like that at you to try to get you off kilter. Bane showed he wasn't some renegade hothead and was instead a wise and intelligent villain by finishing the line "for you" instead of responding irrationally to the insult.

I’m as big a fan of this movie as the next guy but something that always bothered me was the lack of QA in the dialogue
Notice how CIA explicitly says “Only Juan Ovyu gets to stay on my aircraft!” which is part of his flight plan.
But later, Bane tells Juan “They expect Juan Ovus in the wreckage, brother.”
Just a sloppy mistake that could have been fixed very easily. CIA was clearly expecting Ovyu to stay on the plane regardless of the outcome, even a wreckage. Not Ovus.
He's saying that there are in fact other Banes out there some of them bigger than him, but realistically, for CIA this is likely the biggest Bane he will ever meet
