OP here, I really think that series is a bit overrated, I like the idea of zeppelins because it's something new in live action that hasn't been seen before.
its nice to see a zoomer that doesnt have anything to recall cause he is always in the newest trend and get angry with anyone who has memories from 30 years ago
I mean I could see it working in this version of Gotham. You could say that the city is still recovering from the flood so they need to use them instead of cop cars since the roads are still fricked up
>You could say that the city is still recovering from the flood so they need to use them instead of cop cars since the roads are still fricked up
so instead of using something that makes sense like boats the GCPD will instead be soaring thousands of feet in the air with no way to reach crime scenes or chase criminals?
I mean, it’s less a question about utility and more about style. Zeppelins worked for TAS because the entire show was inspired by 20s Art Deco and 30s film noir, when they were at the peak of luxury travel.
The Batman was inspired by 70s thrillers, which is a decade I probably associate the least with zeppelins (unless they were Led)

At the very least, zeppelins could be useful for spotlighting shit
A new technology that needs to be in the air, yeah, like drones or something, it is capeshit, you can use a thousand of excuses.
I don't think they are that necessary, they wouldn't look that great.
Oh no batman was a success alright, it is rather ironic that more people are talking about a movie that tanked at the box office twice(and talking about it more so than dr strange) due to how much of a mess it is and that resulted in various memes, it should’ve would’ve could’ve been forgotten since may but it’s still holding strong
People still talking about The Batman, you just go to the wrong pages maybe
And for Morbius, its beacuse is newest, for example, people are talking more about Doctor Strange 2 than Spiderman:NWH not because it was a failure, is because is the new marvel movie

With how bad that CGI was in the batman would you really want huge CGI zeppelins? Also i don't fit the film at all. It only fits BTAS because it pretends to be the 30s/40s while taking place in 1995.
But why? The movie wasn't art deco at all. Gotham might have been a bit more gothic like the Burton films compared to say the Nolan movies but it's still a mostly grounded aesthetic. Just throwing in random zeppelins seems kinda silly.
I wonder if the recent shooting has Reeves reconsidering his fascist realism take on Batman
>it reminds me of the animated series
you DCucks and your obsession with shit from over 30 years ago I swear

actually not weird at all
I like it
Would that even fit the aesthetic of the film?
no but it's like the cartoon!

Yeah, why not?
Just make them air carriers for drones and shit.
It’s Gotham what do you expect

Who knows, maybe for some political, economic or social reason, they will have to use a zeppelin? not necessarily have to be police zeppelins.

The Batman is shit and the sequel will be shit too
Because aping on a specific part of BTAS for the memberberries without taking into consideration how that fits into an existing setting is dumb
I am ready for the glorious age of Airships.

I hope The Batman 2 takes place on a train
Is it just me or the first flopped movie? There are more people talking about morbius than this movie

Good morning sirs
I don't watch superhero movies
Batman is a meme, what we actually need is a vr movie
