If they were gonna make Miles gay they would have done it already. How long did it take for Superman's son, like 4-5 years? Miles was made right before they REALLY got into making characters come out as big gays, if they haven't done it yet while also pushing him with Spider-Gwen in the movies and pushing him with Starling in the comics, they probably never will.
When Marvel crossed over to 616, who went with him?
Hi family and Ganke, the people he love deeply.
In 2022, there are no bromances, so this love isn't platonic, Ganke is Miles' soulmate
They've legitimately had him hanging out with Ganke less and less and Starling more, it'd be funny, but gay Miles just isn't happening if they didn't do it like the instant he got brought into 616. Hell in the movie Ganke doesn't even have any lines (if that's even Ganke, I don't know since iirc he wasn't a fat frick) and I don't know if Ganke even exists in the games since I haven't played them, but apparently they have Miles wanting to frick a deaf chick or something.
Don't worry, someone at twitter will eventually land a writing position in Marvel, and much like Robin, what once was the headcanon of a bunch of deviants, will become an absolute actuality.
Mentioning Tim actually made me notice something, any time I'd happen to see Tim relationship fanart the gay shit would always outweigh everything else, even any established relationships he actually had, usually him with Kon being anime gay. But I never see gay shit with Miles and Ganke, most of what I've seen is him with Gwen and the gay side is him with Peter (age gap retained because they're just freaks I guess) but still outweighed by the Gwen stuff (probably BECAUSE of the age gap).
What gives? Do gay shippers just hate fatties?

>fatty asian
I guess gay shippers are pretty shallow if they don't see anything between Ganke and Miles because Ganke doesn't make their metaphorical pee-pee hard.

gays are fricking piranhas when it comes to ugly people. They are the One gay Army Corps of the mean clique.
It's so easy to make a character gay, yet so difficult to turn them back straight. It's inevitable, only the characters explicitly outlined as heterosexual by the original creators have ironclad safety, whereas characters by someone like Bendis are first on the chopping block because he'd have to pretend to like it.
Bendis left Marvel 5 years ago, they would have done it by now if they really intended to, instead they continue to pair Miles with girls.
>they would have done it already
Took 52 years for Bobby
Because in comparison to how long Bobby has been around, they've only been doing the gay "reveals" recently. On the flip side, Miles was created and introduced shortly before they went wild with the gay rays, yet he's remained straight through it all. Besides, they just made a gay Spider-Man, if they had gay plans for Miles they wouldn't have wasted it on a new character.

Anon, the idea of it doesn't bother me, I'm just saying it most likely wont happen. They've had every opportunity to do it, but they continue to pair him with girls, not even keeping him single so they can pull off a gay reveal easier, they just out right give him straight relationships.

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of how comic writing works

Why would they have not done it by now if they intended to? Especially with making movies and games that mark him as straight in the eyes of the mainstream? Marvel got away with it with Ice Man and Prodigy because the mainstream has no thoughts on Ice Man or Prodigy, DC got away with it with Jon because they did it before the mainstream was hyperaware of him (the gay shit honestly seems to have made him more well known). But with Miles they pushed him out there and kept him straight.

There is no "they intended to", all it takes is for one protected minority writer who wants it to happen to get into the writers' room and suggest it, and the toothpaste is out of the tube. There's no way for anyone to say no without risking a huge scandal and headlines like "Disenfranchised gay black writer says Marvel editorial didn't allow him to make his idol hero gay".

At that point you could make the argument that every hero is going to be made gay eventually, and with that there'd be a frick ton people would want to get their homosexual mitts on before even considering Miles, even if you limited it to just black characters. Guarantee they'd want to get Blade or something first, maybe Black Panther.
But that's a pointless way of thinking, combined with the fact that people on Cinemaphile have been repeating "they're gonna make Miles gay" for YEARS, while Marvel just continues to establish him as straight.

>every hero is going to be made gay eventually
Like I said, that's a highly likely possibility, DC implied Batman was bisexual recently, and the only characters that could be safe from this plague are ones like Spider-Man where Stan Lee repeatedly said he was intended to be heterosexual. Even then his will could be ignored by the writers, but at least the fans would reject it, whereas for new and young characters like Miles, the expectation is that he's gay or at least bi. I've seen a ton of people surprised that he isn't.

>Like I said, that's a highly likely possibility,
It's not highly likely at all, it's not even moderately likely. They could outright state Batman as bi and the reaction would just be "okay, when's the next time he plows Catwoman". How the mainstream audiences views these characters is what they depend on, and beyond jokes about Robin, the mainstream sees Batman as straight.

oh no no no
>two of the blandest characters being shilled as a couple because Bendis is into interracial porn
I find this pairing and the "history" behind them so odd. No one seems to like it yet it's shoved down everyone's throats. Like that anon said, it's Marvel's DickBabs tho at least with them, people like the characters outside of just cosplay
There's some but it's almost all random cosplayers who ran into each other taking photos at cons and not actual couples cosplay. It makes sense since IR pairings are already rare, and that specific combination is one of the rarest, it's a statistically unlikely pairing, and then you'd need both of them to be into nerd stuff like cosplay as well.
>Try being wealthy
I have one of those gayMAN salaries, it's pretty decent. I don't show my money though. >or attractive in literally ANY way shape or form.
That's not in anyone's hands.
I'm happy complaining instead of taking action.
Soon
absolutely repulsive
I doubt it'll last. They should just stay friends. Multiverse romance is complicated
Is this the Nightwing and Batgirl of Marvel? Two bland derivatives getting it on?
They wish
Yeah, they wish they were as popular as Miles and Gwen.
Well like i mean movie
Progressives will escalate and the gay will claim him soon
This buck will be broken

Gay coded.
Of course. but pointing that out doesn't gel with the narrative """THEY""" want to push.
see
and
>"they"
back to your cuck cage, Bendis
>implying that they couldn't make Miles bi like Jon
Oh is he bi? I thought they made him actually gay because of all the outrage. Didn't know it was a Tim Drake situation this whole time
>they would have done it already
Took 52 years for Bobby
June has come and gone. The only big gay Spider reveal was an OC. Peter has a better chance of showing up gay.

Post this image to immediately give Bendis an aneurysm
I haven't looked at a lot of cosplay in years.
Don't Miles costumes get similar photos taken?
Seems like the type of thing that would be fairly equal

Aren't
all random pairings too?
I didn't think they were all couples.
You might be autistic
I shall also offer a Goblingay Gwen
Man, I wish white chicks threw themselves at nonwhite dudes like liberals wish they did, maybe I'd have a gf then.
Try being wealthy or attractive in literally ANY way shape or form.

Why would you want a white chick? They're bawdy as frick.
