It's because Siggy's avatar in the first movie was one of the first ones made, and as such it had more human-like features than the later models, something they perfected over time so the end goal of infiltrating the na'vi ranks would be easier to accomplish. Later models have less human-like features. Jake's avatar is a much more believable na'vi.
Kiri is Siggy's avatar's daughter, so the latter's genetic code is passed down to Kiri, hence why she looks more human than the others.
