I don' see how unless someone bought those franchises and got rid of most of the last 10 years worth of Star Wars and Marvel. Regarding regular Disney movies, I think those are fricked forever. Because once you get into agenda pushing, which parents don't want for their kids, it is hard to go back without activating the troony bot farms to scream that every gender and ethnicity is literally being murdered because Disney made a movie with a White princess or straight prince.
I don't think the chud boycott really matters. Disney's output has just been objective fricking garbage for several years now and the effect has been devastating to their brand. Even if dogshit like Wish was passable, or even actually good, the ticket sales would be severely depressed by prior bad flicks destroying brand value/trust. They haven't produced a single decent cinematic feature since 2020 and neither have their subsidiaries. Go look at the catalog, it's fricking impressive that they pulled off such a chain of absolutely awful flicks.

How does the cgi, effect, and sound design at a $15 million dollar budget blow half billion dollar projects out of the water?
1. Japan is cheap, especially cheap right now. Almost down to third world country tier production costs, tons of skilled creative labor that costs a fraction of what it would in the US.
2. It doesn't actually cost that much more than labor to do VFX. You can do professional production tier shit on a high end gaming PC. Smaller production studios can be much more nimble, people who love what they're working on (almost guaranteed for godzilla in japan) and who have good direction can produce stuff that actually looks better than state of the art studios that abuse pajeet labor. It might not be as technically impressive but we have far, far passed the point where you can impress people with styleless, brute forced VFX.
With the writing/acting contracts in the US becoming what they are I think it's actually pretty likely that we've passed peak hollywood. It won't ever fully disappear but I think the film industry will go more global and we'll see a lot more foreign films making it internationally and even in the US market.
