I thought it looked like shit back when it was new but the writing carried it. The whole thing was made with store bought computer tech, that was pretty revolutionary for the time but it's also why it looks worse than every single contemporary CGI show except for fricking Cubix.

The writing was really hammy and Saturday Morning Cartoon tier. It didn't have Spongebob or FOP's edge or postmodern-ness.
