How the frick do restaurants even exist if this show is accurate?

Why would anyone choose to work in them if they’re so horrible and badly paid?

My parents gutted their entire house and made it better for $500k. It doesn't cost that much to renovate a commercial building.

Your parents house doesn't need type 2 fire supression and ventilation equipment and a commercial kitchen has about as many sinks as that house. t. architect.

It's like crime. Most crime pays surprisingly badly considering the risk, but lazy losers think it's a good shortcut. Most restaurants close down before they become profitable, and most of the ones that don't are money laundering operations.

No, America is about being Israel's golem. Every country in Latin America is filled with food stands for traditional food. Or at least the ones I know about.

Look up the claimed heritage of white Americans in the nineties and English was the dominant one. So they either all died off somehow in 30 years. Or people started to claim they were actually German or Irish instead. Because being 1/6 Irish is more interesting to the American mind than being English. English is seen as the standard.

Irish is a particularly popular one where anyone with any remote link will claim they’re Irish because then they can LARP about the jolly green homeland and how oppressed they are

Because Americans have no history. It’s why calling yourself Italian American or Irish American African American is a thing. Being American is considered being nothing.

Problem is the vast majority of these so called (group)-Americans have no tangible link to what they think of themselves from. So you get weird shit like Bostonians thinking they’re more Irish than Ireland and the IRA is awesome then crying about the Boston bombing then voting for Biden because he says he’s Irish

At least African Americans have the excuse that they were slaves and can’t trace their heritage so that’s why they have none.

Notice how NOBODY in America really calls themself English-American. Doesn’t matter if their parents directly immigrated over, Because being English is already seen as the standard

We do this shit for the grind, for the blood and pain and knowing we have come as close as man can God when we make something as perfect as a braised beef sandwich in the exact right proportions, heating and seasoning.

So how about this, if you’re a civilian. SHUT THE FRICK UP
