I was not built for work from home
Same, I already have no social life and during covid I would literally go weeks without leaving my apartment. I became extremely spergy and could barely hold eye contact with people. Took an in-office role as soon as the scamdemic ended.

Yeah i went weird working from home like constantly losing my temper whenever i had to do my actual job and not wanting to leave the house even to get groceries.
So instead i turned into a lardass getting fast food delivered twice a day and avoiding all human contact.
I didn't go back to the office (because I don't even live in the same country anymore) but someone I knew convinced me to go to a nomad workspace type place where I got to meet people, feels like working in an office except no one ever nags you to do something

actually anyone with an MBA will be able to figure out efficiencies of the work from home employees and force them to do more or accept fewer hours.
on a micro scale it is because you can just sneak into a new role like this whenever you want if you found a good little niche to explore. on a macro scale, who cares, even the most optimistic person these days seems to have no hope or thoughts for the future

I work in sales ops, meaning I help refine and implement new sales processes. In practice my job is just answering process questions from sales managers and occasionally working with the CRM pajeets to change something in salesforce. As I said, maybe 90 minutes a day
