>yeah I'm a fricking blue collar guy like the rest of yous, but these fricking white males! Oh it really busts my balls y'know. They think they're so superior!
I saw Paper Tiger that was painful I have 0 motivation to watch his new stand up special he's much better on his one man only podcast just talking shit
You're right, he needs to go on the defense for wymyn and defend them at all costs against the troony menace, because women can do no wrong and are not at all responsible for the troony plague!
I don’t understand how stand up comedians are made anymore. They always go on and on about some kinda grind in a comedy circuit in some big city shithole, coming up with bits, but I’ve never met anyone that is or plans to get involved in it. I’ve never met a soul that traveled to either place to do this. I’ve been all over the world, nearly everywhere, never once have I met someone who wasn’t already obviously rich and had connections get into it. I never met some guy like Bill Burr claims to have been, doing some bullshit trade, who worked on his off time to get in.
While he had a popular clip about fricking in the 50s, but I didn't really see Stav blow up until he astroturfed youtube. >"Excuse me sir, what do you do for a living?" >"I'm a barista" >"Nice"
It was just the way it was back then. You work shitty clubs, build up a name, get a reputation, execs watch you, shmooze, ask if you can write or get on a tv show. If all goes well you get to launch a sitcom pilot or they put you on a late night show and give you a special. Now you can reach more people on TikTok than doing all that bullshit
See they always say they worked some “shitty clubs” and go off about how awful it was but they must’ve been getting cash from somewhere that wasn’t a regular job, because they also jerk themselves off nonstop about all the drugs and partying they did while doing it. I just doubt they pulled clubs all night every weekend and night and then did hard drugs and then went to work and lived a normal life I can believe someone like the cum town gays did it because they have the podcast first, like I said it seems like the entry is still just “I don’t have to do shit to survive, all day is free, so I can just do drugs and grind out content”. Just seems kind of weird to me, like it explains why not one of them ever really seems to question anything legitimate anymore. All their opinions seem heavily curated, I don’t know, maybe I’m just a chud.
theres a reason why all these comedians have podcasts now. seems like this is the only way to make it in comedy now. make a podcast, hope that it gets popular, make a patreon, etc.
cum town did it
matt and shane did it (and now there's a handful of their comedian friends latching onto their success with their own podcasts)
tim dillon did it
That TikTok bit is true. Saw a female comedian st my local comedy club just last month who became popular via TikTok. Now she's touring. She was pretty good.
The vaccine didn’t work at all
If it had killed or maimed you, you wouldn’t have been allowed to seek any compensation
You literally made yourself into a test subject
The test didn’t even work
Keep seething about it
>listen to bill's podcast every monday and thursday for like 8 years at this point >notice the distinct change in his personality and how much funnier the older ones are on thursday when it transitions from the current date to the one 8 years ago
i love the guy, i'm happy for him that his life has gotten much much better from the old days when he was extremely bitter and alone, he has a wife and kids, he is obviously very happy, even goes to therapy to understand why he grew up so angry. but man he used to be so much funnier.
>another netflix comedy special by some washed up idiot
Let me guess, he says a couple of "red pilled" things that we've all known for 10 years and not one single thing that resembles a joke, and everyone rushes to rotten tomatoes to rate it 10/10.
1/10 post
dubs/10
ez
So close. Check these though

Bigger cuck than CK
"Comedy" has to be the absolute lowest form of entertainment
that would be fricking your mom
It's also the least filtered, most immediate, and most dangerous form.
Imagine taking life advise from a spineless "tough guy" white boy who gets beaten up and cheated by his ugly butch black wife. LMAO
>women bad
>white people bad
No thanks.
>women bad
Based.
>white people bad
Cringe.
Overall, Bill Burr's cringey anti-white bullshit exceeds and outweighs his based moments. Not worth watching and OP is a homosexual.
Concur.
>extended bit whining about Rittenhouse
Sorry Netflix/Billy shill, but I'm not watching your stuff ever again.
Boo frickin hoo
Does he still pretend to be the angry comic?
>yeah I'm a fricking blue collar guy like the rest of yous, but these fricking white males! Oh it really busts my balls y'know. They think they're so superior!
ITT: people complain about something they haven't seen
I saw Paper Tiger that was painful I have 0 motivation to watch his new stand up special he's much better on his one man only podcast just talking shit
He's only had a couple of good bits a long time ago. His standups are meh. His off the cuff remarks in interviews or podcasts are funnier.
I saw him live 3 months ago and it was the best stand-up I've seen from him in a long time. Hope this is as good. Paper Tiger was all right.
The description of “takes on cancel culture and feminism” makes it seem very dated and hacky. I like Burr but he needs to find new shit to talk about
You're right, he needs to go on the defense for wymyn and defend them at all costs against the troony menace, because women can do no wrong and are not at all responsible for the troony plague!
it was alright, but burr is getting old, safe, and repetitive. gillis mogs him
>Reddit Man: Live at Red Rocks
No thanks. I prefer funny comedians
i feel like i could be a standup comic. just would be a lot of work going to open mics on mon/tues every week
you're better off making a prank channel that gets 100K subs and starting a podcast you'd get more recognition than years doing stand up

if you listen to comedians podcasts, they just travel and eventually get bigger, like gillis and halkias did
While he had a popular clip about fricking in the 50s, but I didn't really see Stav blow up until he astroturfed youtube.

It's because the medium has changed. Before TV got hundreds and thousands of eyeballs on you. Now all you need is a phone to get that same audience
That TikTok bit is true. Saw a female comedian st my local comedy club just last month who became popular via TikTok. Now she's touring. She was pretty good.
>I’ve been all over the world, nearly everywhere,
Absolutely embarrassing LARP
>pretendingbto be worldly
Are you 300 lbs and fricking black too?
Has anyone ever fallen so hard from based to cringe?
rage against the machine
stephen colbert
elon musk
because he lost his chud audience when he went against schizo groupthink about covid and took a huge shit in Joe Rogan's mouth that one time?
The vaccine didn’t work at all

Wasn't even talking about covid shit, troony.
>DUDE WOKE (WHITE) PEOPLE SUCK LMAO!
>Woke black people have a point tho
Cuck.
Why don't right wing daddy figures ever mean what they say? Why does it always turn out to be a grift?
Frick the Disney and Netflix woke money must be so good for someone to completely backflip on their ideas

Dammit I thought this was a Thor thread. Looked like the bad guy from it.
daily reminder that burr's mother was a nurse and his father was a dentist, the whole blue collar thing is bullshit
He never once in his career claimed to be blue collar, you mongoloid. Keep listening to Tucker Carlson who's totally just like an average Joe.
better than the last 2 specials, but still not as good as unmarried burr
White people ahen't we just tha wohst? Now black people, those are good people!
Did he tell jokes this time, or just loudly complain in that stupid accent?
His black toddler will lie stinking in the earth out in the forest.
The first half was kino, but it fell off hard in the second half.
Dana Carvey making fun of him on Conan's podcast is literally the first time Dana's been funny in almost 30 years

Black person knows what's up
depends on what you consider "red pilled". and who the frick uses rottentomatoes
