But the reality is these have nothing compared to what you're scripted for. No beating it. My healthy as fuxk friend just died from a rare cancer at 33. He got diagnosed only 2 years ago. Nothing you can do but hope you rolled a good sheet. Still be healthy tho. The reason shatner looks good is no drinking and smoking, yeah you can live to 92 if you're lucky but you'll look like shit

For a male to make it to 93 and still be fully ambulatory and cognitive is actually quite impressive
maintaining that much body weight is incredible. im genuinely not making fun of him for being fat, normally by that age people are walking skeletons as they lose their appetite. he's clearly doing something right and at 93 who gives a shit about the risk of weight related heart disease its better than malnutrition
