I think they're saying it's the opposite, duality of man and all that.

Yeah, "Burgers?" made the same point better and in only three sentences.

          It's the opposite point.

It sells burgers because people start talking about the product just to complain about how outraged they are at the ad. As any hack CEO can tell you, you can market to hate or anger, you can't market to indifference.

It doesn't sell burgers, that's the thing.

No, that's the thing, Toss is a dumbass if he thinks that's a bad add: it's an interracial kiss, that's sexy (as long as the models are sexy) and exotic, the "tasty" is a nice slogan with a lot of implications from "our burgers are tasty" to "a hot black b***h will tongue your mouth just for a taste of our burgers" and there's the small tasteful burger logo.

          [...]
          Meanwhile:

is good because it's realistic. Just not in a way that Toss intended: the guy isn't shilling an agenda, he's just a modern ad guy who doesn't give a frick about the product, he just wants his ad to be sleek, popular and sexy.

This. Stonetoss plays off pre-existing narratives; his work is done for him. You understand what he's getting at most the time. This comic is wordy because it's not leaving it at "lol israelites" it's actually doing work to be absurd and funny.

Nice cognitive dissonance. That new comic is similarly referencing preexisting narratives and sentiments. " lol pozzed media ".
Cliche as frick and executed very poorly, with some of the most unappealing art style I've seen outside of /ic/ beginner threads

Because it's not about being "pozzed" it's about the awkward messaging as marketing, tonedeaf to how it trivializes real things with products.

              >actually doing work
Twice the work with half the affect.

The images we get are funnier than "he thinks interracial couples in ads is white genocide".

      >trans and bi
And here I thought it was supposed to be pan these days. Or is that for people who want the attention of being trans but not to be trans, aka nonbinary?

              No frick off.
If your definition of gender is separated from your definition of sex and a purely personal thing that only exists in your head then it plays no part in sexual attraction.
