In all fairness, it in most of the shots, American Morgana doesn't look *so* bad. It really depends on the angle. But she definitively look worse than her Japanese counterpart, probably due to budget limitations.
Yeah, I feel like they intentionally chose the single most janky shot of her for that comparison. The original still blows her the frick out but she didn't normally look like a chain-smoking 40 year old in the US version
Graz really didn't have a choice as the FCC would've unleashed hangry soccer moms down the company's necks. Morrigan and Felicia had to be toned down the fugly designs. Be thankful it ended before vampire Savior was even thought of.
