I fricking hate the space arc
The entire last season honestly felt hollow and soulless. The space plot came out of nowhere just to have some kind of tacked-on grand finale. It wasn't even about Mordecai and Rigby anymore.
That and it retcon rigby's development literally went back to his insufferable self in his early seasons.
Nothing was good in s8 same with s5 to s7 too
The Space Arc was set up years earlier with the Dome special
Nothing about that special hinted at space specifically, just the presence of the scientists.
S5-S7 were all still better than S8. I would say even S6, which is easily the weakest of them.

True, it had the decency to end once it started to suck. So proportionally it only has 10% suck (the last season) and 90% good.
RS saw what adventure breasts was doing and felt they had to do it as well because it stayed so popular.
The space arc is odd, but after rewatching it I feel like Regular Show is one of the few shows that remmained consistently good across all seasons.
It doesn't have the highs of other shows, but ever falls too low either, its pretty solid.

Yeah no not even close RS still has problems other than its shitty last season.
Its love drama arc that became really shit hence why s5 and s6 are bad same with s7 since it set up the space arc that nobody cared for. And lastly its format regular show has formulaic formula that makes it so fricking bland after rewatching multiple times they do the same catchphrases and jokes all the time I srsly think 90% of the humor is just mom jokes from muscle man all in all Regular show is just family guy for kids nothing else really.
i hated the constant star wars and star trek references instead of actual jokes

I'm watching adventure time with my kids, so far I'm liking it. At season 5 or 6 I cant rememeber. Last episode I seen was finn turning into a sword and prismo coming back.
A bunch of young guys goofing off at work is a timeless concept.
Because it was more fun and comedic.
Plus the show didn’t try phasing out Mordecai and Rigby and replace them with Lesbians.
