tried to watch it after several friends recommended it about 6 years ago. made it about 2 minutes in and had to stop. can't stand the style of it.

I love Keanu and I've never really thought about it, but he absolutely loves sci-fi, cyberpunk, etc as a genre. Johnny Mnemonic, The Matrix, A Scanner Darkly, Cyberpunk 2077. And all of those are dope. He seems to have a knack for picking things that go on to become iconic.
