Across the Spiderverse makes no sense and every attempt at damage control further proves this

Across the Spiderverse makes no sense and every attempt at damage control further proves this
>The Spider-Men can't feel eachother through Spider-Sense anymore apparently
>No you see it's a canon event just ignore how Miles and Peter A have already changed the canon in the first movie without any issues
>Every Spider-Man would just be fine with having innocent people die, no further research required just believe that one guy who fricked up an entire universe
>Every Spider-Man including the Spider-Cat and Spider-Horse have a dead person shaped like Uncle Ben and a dead police officer they like
>Every Gwen Stacy dies when she falls in love with a Spider-Man, just ignore the times where that didn't happen
This movie punishes you for thinking about its plot for more than a minute. Maybe that's why you guys love it so much.

Miles and Spider-Byte had some weird Spider Sense sex for a second.

Didn't save TLJ from being a catastrophe, we could tell Rise of Skywalker would suck with such shit setup

You gays should have just let them make their third movie; it literally couldn't have been worse than the one we got.

The script for Duel of the Fates is out. It's also bad and the director behind it was the guy who is making these awful Jurassic World movies. It was solely on Disney to not release a turd no matter how much you wanna blame LE EVIL FANS

force awakens, the last jedi, rise of skywalker

Anything different would have been better than spending 2 hours going
            >G-guys, that change you didn't like, bros?? W-we're walking it back now, we're so sorry
Two out of three movies in that trilogy amounted to some kind of zero sum dead air

Part of the problem is they were trying to have a different director for every movie. Except the second director hated every plot point the first movie was building up and dedicated the entirety of the second movie to burn it all down and shit on the ashes, and then frick off because he's not the one who has to fix it so he didn't give a shit about it making any sense. So they had to bring the first guy back to fix everything, except he did a shit job at it which made things worse.

              >T-They had no choice but to release a turd because of you
What is the reason you want to shill Disney. They had all the manpower to not make a piece of shit.

TLJ is the only good Star Wars movie though and all other Star Wars media should be deleted so as not to detract from it

      >NOOO YOU CAN'T JUDGE IT THERE'S ANOTHER PART
Then maybe they shouldn't have sold tickets at full fricking price if i'm only getting half a movie then. Either it stands on its own and its a shit film or its one film chopped in half and they're ripping me off.

    >every attempt at damage control
They're probably trying not to spoil the frick out of their third movie. The second one absolutely cannot stand on its own feet without a followup and we won't have one for another year or however long.

No way. They and most e-celebs don't understand Spider-Man in the first place so it will be a masterpiece to them because the pretty animation and themes is all they need

Will never happen, the reality distortion field is too strong, universally hated things now good because heccin wholesome Spider-Verse did them. It has a protected status because of diversity, twitter pandering, and pretending it's artsy.

    >YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO BE A SPIDER-MAN
    >YOU CAN'T STOP THIS EVENT, IT'S WHAT HAS TO HAPPEN TO A SPIDER-MAN
But... he's not a spider-man. You just said he wasn't. So why would the event have to happen to him?
In fact, why hasn't his world already prolapsed?

I assume the twist is that spider-vamp is just full of shit.

      >I assume the twist is that spider-vamp is just full of shit.
If so, then that would undermine his presence in this movie and make every Spider-Man who followed him look even more moronic and 100% complicit in murder

He is Spider-Man. He wasnt supposed to be Spider-Man so fate filled in that vacuum by killing his universes' Spider-Man. He's basically replacing him in thr universe's narrative.

On a rewatch I think the implication is its happened more than once. When we see sketchy Vulture in Gwens world it seems like his very presence caused Gwens world to glitch. And when Miguel confronts Miles he brings up the time he killed a universe but also says things that imply it wasnt a one time deal.
    >"Trust me I've TRIED and the more ibdid the worse it got"
    >"what about Pavir's dimmension"
    >"Its stable if we're lucky. We haven't always been lucky."
I dunno I dont think he'd phrase things like this if he was speaking of one instance where he was blindsided and had no preperations in place. It sounds like even with prior knowledge on how to contain it it kept happening and Miguel only brought up his story to humanize his struggle to Miles.

Miguel never had spider sense, Madam Web had to gift it to him on a videogame so it didn't ruin a programmed mechanic for the other 3 Spideys
