The only reason that guy is at all recognizable or "relevant" is that he chose to be an out-and-proud conservative in Hollywood. Yes, he was never in anything good. He's not a talented actor. He was a muscly "hunk" type in the 90s. He's as charismatic as fricking Fabio. He was on one shitty syndicated show, which lost in the ratings to its female counterpart; Xena: Warrior Princess.
Now he just makes a lot of conservative noise on Twitter and makes shitty, Lifetime Network-quality movies for the little, niche audience who goes to see fricking Kirk Cameron flicks. The kind of people who all go to movies like Passion of the Christ and Sound of Whatever because their church group sent them an email or FB message about it.
Kevin Sorbo has always been D-list. Him and Robert Davi probably get together and try to hang out with Tim Allen. There's all of the defiant Hollywood righties in one little pile.

I was about to listen to an interview with him on a conservative talk radio program this evening but it was interrupted for some stupid fricking sports program that does not matter. This reminded me of when I would watch Futurama as a kid (read: something that actually matters and is interesting), and they would cut and in start broadcasting some stupid fricking god-damned football game that no one who matters cares about. It really reminded me of why I hate sports so much, which was a helpful reminder of my earlier attitude towards life.
