Yeah I was confused which is why I asked. This is exclusively for latinos though and they generally have better art/ideas than Americans anyway. I remember some shitty Bojack ripoff on one of the Development Meetings where they had Zach on but there were probably more. I don't think there was a single show that successfully pitched from that either.

You need a drawing unless you are pitching live action, writers who can't draw always hire an artist when pitching cartoons
You know what's funny? A lot of those countries don't even have proper cartoons (as in shows or movies) and would only use animation in irrelevant stuff like commercials and such.
