Her bland look is the reason why her career never took off and at the same time why she still looks young despite being over 30 already
It just wasn't in the cards for her. Fun Size was her make or break moment and few people saw it in theaters and it didn't even gain a cult following even though it was pretty decent and she did a great job in it. After that she just stuck to the safe space of TV shows, endorsements and supporting roles in Indie projects. Her house was already paid off by the time Victorious finished, so she's probably enjoying life and just working enough to cover her basic expenses and retirement fund.
After Fun Size she never really returned to any movies with wide theatrical releases. It must have been draining on her.
