You people are deludes
2.5D interpolation has been a thing for 20 years now, literally league of legend splash art "animation" and you think this is new
Is literally 1 frame smudged to the sides
Are you fricking blind
It's a weird phenomena how all the zoomies have decided if cgi is not 100% completely photo-realistic so that they can't tell it apart from reality after analyzing it frame by frame and with a magnifying glass, then it's a 0/10 and they need to sperg out about it
Sorry that nobody found your slop interesting. It's not even entertaining in a "lol AI" kind of way. It's just bland. We get it, rajeev. You want AI to take over the world and destroy all white people blah blah blah you're still going to be waiting a while bud
it doesn't look real yet
but what you're missing is that just a few years ago it was utterly impossible to imagine ai making video art that looks anything more than formless schizo gibberish
this is insanely fast progress
Holy shit.
Watched it and the Game of Thrones one.
Made me wish for a time that never existed.
Not even Hollywood was ever that good.
What are some movies that are similar in style?
I can only think of maybe The Adventures of Baron Munchausen.
>What are some movies that are similar in style? >I can only think of maybe The Adventures of Baron Munchausen.
I wish we'd see more experimental approaches to film atmosphere and style like this. Even just a lame action movie could be elevated by doing one of these styles.
The matte painted backgrounds give fantasy movies a lot of soul.
But movies also rarely treated the fantasy genre with as much decorum as fantasy novels.
Star Trek TNG had matte painted backgrounds on some episodes that took place outside of the ship and they were kino.
Look closer, the balenciaga meme style videos can only sort of mimic facial movement. The OP video can actually do movement. Thats a lot more complex to compute.
Looks like shit. The only ai that is remotely impressive to me is GitHub copilot, but training a computer to program is much easier than training it to shoot the shit in English or make pictures.
>50's
Nah. I've seen ads for some of those films, they're way more like our contemporary trailers than that. Maybe British 50's ads were more archaic but that that was like some 1930's radio bullshit.
The technology is amazing, but I would have thought everyone got sick of "[Thing] but with [Difference]" stuff already. It goes to show that even with immensely powerful tools like this people still don't actually have the means to create anything.
They have the means, it's just that they don't have the creativity. Meaning, the idea of "[Thing] but with [Difference]" was the important part, not the AI generating it.
I've always said this, AI is not a threat for people who are true creatives. I.e. not factory belt slop work. People who genuinely have creativity and create an idea from nothing won't be replaced by AI. If we get to the point where an AI is as conscious and creative as a human being is, then them being made of technology becomes meaningless anyway. AI'd just be sentient beings in a technological jacket.
The tools are absolute dogshit right now and I say that as someone who works with it for the express purpose of storytelling. They're improving, but they still suck now. One of the ways they get better is people like the ones who made OPs movie continuing to grind away at them because that's part of the training.
Still think training to program blender and unity/unreal may ultimately yield better results in the race to 'instant movies from prompts'.
nta, the point is, that even if the tools are perfected, you'd need creativity to actually do something with it. In fact, having the perfect tools just illuminates how little creativity people would have, because there would be no obstacle between the idea and the execution.
In other words, AI is going to save the people who have actual creativity, not take over their jobs. Any creative who is getting buttmad from this are the ones who do things for the factory belt work. Yeah, I'm looking at you Greg Rutkowski.
>close up of a character's face >he nods slowly at the camera >close up of another character's face >she nods slowly at the camera >close up of another character's face >he also nods slowly at the camera

what did they mean by this
i wanna make my dream film. a passion project in the film noir style, like dick tracy. except, all the bad guys are actually hot evil bimbos. all the evil bimbos have punny or parody names in relation to body parts and sex. and they try to kill dick tracy in the same style as wyle e coyote going after the roadrunner. softcore only though, no full nudity
How long until you can input an idea and it poops out an entire movie?
I want to see an Avengers/Terminator/Robocop/Death Race 2000 mashup. With no happy ending.
Literally more beautiful than any actress in Hollywood in the last 100 years.
I can't think of anyone more beautiful.
I know it has to be based off some real person but I can't think who. Someone in some old European fantasy movie?
Looks sloppy
get your eyes checked, just a year ago this was impossible
It was always possible to have morons marching backwards
Very pathetic samegayging op, and that anon is right your video is soulless slop.
You people are deludes

Except this was done by one person with a budget of $0 in one hour as a hobby. You're like the boomers mocking the internet in the early to mid 90s
It's a weird phenomena how all the zoomies have decided if cgi is not 100% completely photo-realistic so that they can't tell it apart from reality after analyzing it frame by frame and with a magnifying glass, then it's a 0/10 and they need to sperg out about it
kids these days never had to make-do with a static-y partial video of the nudey channel on tv when your parents go out for a fancy dinner alone
>get your eyes checked, just a year ago this was impossible
But this stuff was coming out right around a year ago.
no it wasnt moron
moron.
can zoomers please frick off
Sorry that nobody found your slop interesting. It's not even entertaining in a "lol AI" kind of way. It's just bland. We get it, rajeev. You want AI to take over the world and destroy all white people blah blah blah you're still going to be waiting a while bud
People like you are so moronic
Like a year ago AI was making barely recognizable blobs
Diminishing returns buddy. The first 80% is easy. That last 20% will take a century to reach, if ever.
it doesn't look real yet
but what you're missing is that just a few years ago it was utterly impossible to imagine ai making video art that looks anything more than formless schizo gibberish

Jews want AI so that they can take over more jobs and make the world a more miserable place. It's all about making the goyim cattle suffer.
You do know people don’t stand idle right?
Eventually we will just move to new jobs that ai can’t automate
>move to new jobs
>50 people get replaced by two technicians and robots
>50 jobs magically appear because they lost their jobs
Yes ….. that’s actually what happens
Labor doesn’t stand idle
it used to look like this
SOUL
I miss this aesthetic liek you wouldn't believe
This is actual art the OPs is just shitty Photoshop
Holy shit.
Watched it and the Game of Thrones one.

The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus maybe?
Looks like absolute hot garbage
This. It doesn't match the historical theme and and it looks worse than something from nearly a year ago:
Look closer, the balenciaga meme style videos can only sort of mimic facial movement. The OP video can actually do movement. Thats a lot more complex to compute.
Looks like absolute kino
Looks like shit. The only ai that is remotely impressive to me is GitHub copilot, but training a computer to program is much easier than training it to shoot the shit in English or make pictures.

>Radio music like it's the 20s
It would have worked way better if the thing was black and white and there was a cigarette spot at the end
fully AI generated content isn't going to happen until we have sentient AI. So give it 50-75 years.
Lol. Chatgpt was inconceivable less than 10 years ago
Nah. I even taught one of the first chatbots to hate israelites.
When? Around what year? Are you talking about Tay?
Evil cannot create anything new, they can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have invented or made.
No wonder Cinemaphile is nothing but pasta
>Evil cannot create anything new, they can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have invented or made.
So exactly like every single modern artist alive.
Wouldn't that depend on who's giving it the inputs?
The technology is amazing, but I would have thought everyone got sick of "[Thing] but with [Difference]" stuff already. It goes to show that even with immensely powerful tools like this people still don't actually have the means to create anything.

lol ai is shit. Just learn to draw, it's not that hard.
Sorry, yeah, that's what I meant to imply. The tools are there, but people aren't actually using them in any interesting way.
The tools are absolute dogshit right now and I say that as someone who works with it for the express purpose of storytelling. They're improving, but they still suck now. Sloppa
I have enough movies and books to last me a lifetime. Who cares about AI shit and TikToks and whatever other zoomer cancer comes next.
God that looks awful. Whatever AI did this should delete itself.
Damn that's stone cold
>close up of a character's face
>he nods slowly at the camera
>close up of another character's face
>she nods slowly at the camera
>close up of another character's face
>he also nods slowly at the camera
that's the current extent of AI
proper AI animation will take another decade at least
slop
it's getting there
can someone (talented in image generation prompts) make the following:
>Ryan Gosling's driver saves an injured sam and frodo after the ring is destroyed and mount doom is erupting all around the Driver's car
The tines on that fork helmet are dogshit
It's over
Evil cannot create, it can only twist and corrupt
>title says Super Panavision 70
>the video doesn't even use Super Panavision 70's 2.20:1 aspect ratio
>no Super Panavision 70 surround sound
>shitty film artifacts more reminiscent of 16mm than 70mm
what did they mean by this
Soulless trash
They've got the colors right, I'd like the next step to be musk's brain chips training the AI while we sleep with our dreams.
Interesting times ahead.

dude you posted my favorite movie
nta but it's a good movie. Great soundtrack too.
so true, and although i waited 20 something years to see the 5hr version i prefer the US cut for the most part
>All the designs rely on the existing movies
>AIgays tell me you will be able to just feed a book into an AI and get a film out of it
actors are in real trouble
the voice over ruins it since it sounds 1. modern day, and 2. the music is too old for what they're trying to portray.
looks like someone's nightmare
How long until you can input an idea and it poops out an entire movie?
I want to see an Avengers/Terminator/Robocop/Death Race 2000 mashup. With no happy ending.
>looks alright
>"aight this time AIgays convinced m-"
>chink "beauty AI" looking bug on my screen
phew, i'm still pure.
In what reality does that girl look chinkish idiot that's as white phenotype as you can get
said the pajeet that has never seen a white person in real life
>ai image that wobbles
>cut to next ai image that wobbles
the only thing scary about this is that there are subhumans on this board that think it actually looks good
This "motion picture" is nothing like the theater! I say good day to you, sirrah!
>58 seconds
>Everyone's walking backwards
spoopy
Increable evaen thoughe I hate borg of the brings.
Shame everyone is using pedo ai instead of this one.
>Horses are unholy potatoes on pretzel sticks
>Crowd moving backwards
still a better galadriel than what we got in power rings, even with the ai cumshot on her face
Literally more beautiful than any actress in Hollywood in the last 100 years.
I can't think of anyone more beautiful.
I know it has to be based off some real person but I can't think who. Someone in some old European fantasy movie?
So they just put a shitty film filter over the original footage with a little bit of AI processing? Fricking pathetic.
Yeah I don't get it. "Hey Alexa make me a copy of lotr but with a film effect." Wow?
still just a series of stills
adding visual tricks to make it seem like its in motion doesnt do it
sorry
