He put her dead center because Wonder Woman has no other villains to group her with.
Harley Quinn doesn’t belong and I choose to believe he was forced to include her.
There's something funny about Deathstroke being surrounded by Batman villains. Like they are forcing him to stay. Also, is it the first time Ross drew him?
I'd add Bizarro and Zod, probably Bane, Doomsday and The Cyborg as well, if Ross would actually draw them, Deathstroke and Harley seem to be the only characters from the 80s or 90s he's included.
Probably swap out Manbat for Clayface. I'd also add Bizarro, Zod, Toyman, Vandal Savage, Utlra-Humanite, Bane, Anti Monitor, Trigon, Giganta, Ares, Lobo and Doomsday. That would atleast make the villain count equal to the Marvel one he did. You could swap some out for maybe Ocean Master or Black Adam if you want.
There’s just something so dumb about the fact that all of the Batman villains are taking up the left half of the picture.
Love Mr. Mind’s inclusion, though.
>There’s just something so dumb about the fact that all of the Batman villains are taking up the left half of the picture.
This. They should have taken up the right half instead.
More like another creative like Peter David and Mark Waid who got driven into the arms of Marvel by the arbitrariness of the previous management.
>two face, grundy, ivy
i like it
Lol imagine getting mad about new52 then working on ALL NEW ALL DIFFERENT Marvel turds for 10 years.
Because he really doesn't give a shit about Marvel, he's a Silver Age DCgay whose autism flares up if someone asks him to draw Wally or Kyle.
cheetah feels very out of place being in front of all the Superman Villians and Darkseid

Dr. Psycho, Ares, Giganta, etc.
Not poster worthy. He probably considered Giganta but couldn’t work her into the composition.
>Harley is a villain
>Ivy is a villain
>Catwoman is a villain
Based
>the little arrow pointing at Mr. Mind.
Holy, i am blind, i needed 5 minutes tomfind the arrow!
Does Manbat of all characters really deserve to be there? Is he that iconic or something? Where's Bizarro?
It’s Alex Ross being Alex Ross and just putting in characters his silver/early bronze age nostalgia is based around.
Then why are Deathstroke and Harley Quinn there? Even Darkseid is slightly pushing it.
Notice how Harley just gets a head and Slade is slightly covered too. Ross basically had to allow them in. Darkseid is okay because it’s Kirby.

No Black Adam, though the villain to his favorite hero is his favorite villain.
Sivana and Mr Mind are right there you casual.
Maybe there was a back and forth and they wanted BA too modern looking for his tastes.
I call this "Polishing a Turd".
>and half of them are Batman villains of course
Who would you remove or add, Cinemaphile?
Remove Cheetah to make Wondergays seethe.
That's not very nice.

>Mostly Batman villains
Really makes you think.
They're just being honest.
Alright.
This is like a third of the one he did for Marvel.
When did Flash turn evil?
That's Zoom. He's a whole other guy. Look at this symbol, it's black instead of white. That means he's a bad guy.
Ok
Should have bizarro but facing the wrong way

Oh wow couldn't have predicted this rendering style.
