Yes, the "analog aesthetic" can be creepy, but "Analog Horror", the meme horror genre? Is bad. It's not scary, it's not creepy, and like someone else pointed out in the dead thread, the overwhelming majority of it is from people who had zero firsthand experience with analog media being commonplace. Which leaves their entire perception of analog and what about it was ever "creepy" being... other analog horror.
