Since my childhood I've felt traumatized by the fact that secular activists would not acknowledge the scale of anti-religious atrocities in the past and the fact that their present day mindset and behavior is a direct continuation of these horrors though they furiously deny it. I actually converted when I realized they were unable to confront the past and to amend their ways like organized religions did. Due to my autism it is actually and genuinely painful for me in a psychological sense to endure their tauntings and jeeps. I have an actual medical file written by a professional psychologist as a proof. But growing up I didn't had trigger warnings or safe spaces the likes of you call for. So I had to toughen up, grow a spine and learn to live with it. I still see a psychologist because of it but yet it would never occur to me to ask censorship. You have no idea or experience of real psy trauma or at least you dont have the maturity to handle it. Now that you and I are even next time you ask for this remember that one day a religionist like me could turn your very accusations against you.
You are no more traumatized by Tolkien metaphysical writings or any sort or theology than someone abused by their high school science teacher is by a book of biology or the sight of a white labcoat. That is to say it may cause you painful memories but it does not do so because it is intrisically bound up with the notion of your pain and suffering. An object or text that isn't directly or purposefully intended to cause you pain doesn't have to be erased because you fear it might cause it to you for no matter how much it may remind you of your past, it is primarily made for a distinct goal (like the enjoyment of readers or watchers). Your feelings therefore have no bearing upon its use. You have the right to our sympathy (provided you were truly traumatized) but not to enact censorship on what we enjoy.

Not really. You might say in universe Eldar thought they might originally be elves because they haven't really met any other incarnates yet. Considering Eldar erred all the time that doesn't lead to Tolkien's orcs being essentially a dark elves , they might indeed might be a separate race with no relation.

they do in the movies. the books don't give any real details on how they're "bred" as the books put it, only that dark magic is involved, and a lot of rape is implied. many orcs and half-orcs during the Quest of the Ring era were bred with men. some turned out as Uruks and others came out smaller and human-looking enough to be used as spies by Saruman's army.

Like them or hate them, Orcs are unironically the most badass fantasy race ever - strong, ferocious, always ready to fight till the very end just because of their sheer hatred to all living things. However, personally I never was very fond of the caftoony hyperbolized green-skinned versions of them, and consider it a vulgar caricature.

They weren't forced. Orcs by nature are corrupt, corrupted by the foul magic and innate divine evil of Morgoth. Sauron represents that power and they gravitate towards that. Like a lion eats meat, orcs follow the cruel maliciousness of what made them. It's in their inherently corrupt nature.
