That example is literally what Democrats are trying to do to gun manufacturers right now in court
Look demon, Baldwin was the one who hired her in the first place. He hired her because she was cheap. She was cheap because she does not have much experience. By being cheap he is responsible of an accident that cost somebody's life. This alone should be enough for Baldwin to get jail time. He pulled the trigger. He lied about whether or not he pulled the trigger. This alone throws shade on him about being a liar who may be lying about an underlying motive to kill Halyna. Even CNN throw him under the bus.
Only polcels mad that he makes fun of Daddy Trump insist that he's guilty. They're always like this. They WANTED him to be guilty so that they could feel vindicated.
Stay in denial, buddy.
The only people who had such a vested personal interest in seeing him be charged as guilty of murder are the people who got butthurt that he dared to mock their Dear Leader.
If you can't see the obvious truth of this, then you're one of these polcels.
Baldwin was a producer and for all intents and purposes gave zero fricks about gun safety training. Baldwin is so full of shit, and you can look this up, that George Clooney of all people came out and said the terms “hot gun” and “cold gun” have never been used on any movie set he’s ever been in.
>Clooney of all people came out and said the terms “hot gun” and “cold gun” have never been used on any movie set he’s ever been in.
That's because they don't use guns in romcoms.
The most action heavy thing he was in was Oceans 11.
>implying doing something that affects thousands (if not more) people including other influential individuals is the same as capping some literally who DEI Hollywood hire >implying SBF ever publicly shittalked drumbf or had any public image that needed protection >implying SBF is not on record admitting to donating to both parties as a straight up strategy
On reddit they were lamenting that 18 months isn't nearly enough. Americans are a bloodthirsty people yet none can explain what social good is generated from imprisoning her for longer.
You shouldn't put diversity hires in charge of loading weapons on movie sets
How do we know she actually committed a crime? Baldwin could have easily loaded the weapon on purpose and intentionally murdered the victim and then blamed the death on the armorer’s negligence. This wasn’t a Brandon lee situation where the victim was a performer killed while acting out a scene. Instead Baldwin supposedly randomly shot at a non-actor for shits and giggles and goes “my bad I thought it was unloaded.” The whole thing makes no sense.
The courts would have to prove that. So far, the gun went off with live ammunition, and the armorer in charge already admitted to having live ammunition to shoot the firearm for fun. This is all leaning on her stupid ass causing this.
Yeah she admitted it, it was probably baldwin’s idea to go out plinking with the guns in the first place just so he could concoct this story. The best way to frame someone is to convince that person the whole thing really is their fault. Who goes target shooting and doesn’t fire off all the rounds they have loaded?
Baldwin is some kind of master genius then and she deserves it for being that stupid.

She already admitted to everything so I guess you're just trolling.
Baldwin was in charge of the production. Baldwin hired her. Baldwin kept the production going even after multiple safety lapses on set caused the crew to walk out in protest (this is the one that could hurt him). And he pulled the trigger while pointing a gun at someone which you are never supposed to do even with blanks. At the very least he should be sued into poverty but if he was the foreman on an unsafe construction site instead of a fruity actor/producer he'd be in a lot of trouble.
nobody believed he would be charged with murder because that makes no sense. her trial looked extremely bad for baldwin, but get this, it was her trial, not his. do you even realize he got indicted?
on the other hand of course he has good lawyers that are already working to get him off the hook
Reminder that Hannah was only brought up on charges because of the snitches who testified for immunity that they all would get high and use the prop guns with live rounds
They all hated Hannah like a mean girls situation and scapegoated her, she was not even on set that day
A conservative actor would have to go down with her, for actually pulling the trigger. Don't let any non-leftist think they can get away with trying this schtick
To all the morons in this thread that think this means Baldwin is off the hook, you are wrong.
Baldwin is still being charged. He is still going to trial. They are trying to get Hannah to testify against him.
More than one person can be responsible for a death. There were others charged who pled out but Hannah didn't because she would have to admit that she was the reason live rounds were on set and she claims that isn't true. One of the people who pled guilty testified against her in her trial.
Alec Baldwin is guilty of manslaughter. He recklessly disregarded the danger of his actions pointing a gun at another person and pulling the trigger. He did not follow gun safety protocol. Videos from the set show him playing with the gun, showing off and firing blanks for friends to film on their phone. He was on his phone during the safety briefing and insisted he have his "hero gun" during rehearsals. The man was being incredibly unsafe and is just as guilty as Hannah. He is being charged and if the system works will also get convicted (even though he'll probably get probation and no jail time).
18 months was the maximum
Hannah Guiterrez is a narcissist nepobaby c**t who was calling the jurors idiots and morons, saying the judge was paid off, and refusing to take any responsibility for loading live rounds into a gun and then calling it cold: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3iW3CrMpH9s [Embed]
Baldwin's trial is just starting and should be comfy
How are they going to convince a jury to convict him?
This chick is a nobody and therefore a jury saw past it, but even with the same evidence they used against her I just find it hard to believe that he'll be found guilty
What even is the precedent for a celebrity like him to be found guilty at trial?
He shot and murdered someone to see if he could get away with it. He said as much on social media years ago. There was no reason to point and shoot at the cinematographer even with a blank. Even in film scenes it’s standard protocol to aim next to someone not at them. Why is there a debate over this? Where’s the confusion?
Unironically, what does prison matter to single, familyless people who has nobody who depends on them? You just live the NEETlife for a few months and go back to whatever degenerate shit you were doing afterwards.
Think of those chapters as powerful humans being concerned with their family being remembered by history. A curiosity, but you can read through it quickly.

If you believe he’s a rageaholic psycho then why is it hard to believe that he killed the victim on purpose because she pissed him off and pinned the blame on someone he knew would have to take the fall?
Because the circumstances created by Baldwin and Guiterrez would've led to a shooting anyway. They found live rounds mixed into bandoliers that were being used to load guns, and she had a fanny pack mixed with an assortment of ammo she was swapping in and out of guns. And to arrange circumstances like that so that you'd have the perfect pretext to murder someone but pass it off as a negligent homicide are prohibitively convoluted. And there's no evidence he premeditated killing Hutchins.
>That being said at least he showed some genuine remorse when he learned Hutchins died.

pretty sure lack of remorse is often used
>He'd be world-class to react instantly like that.
He wouldn't be reacting instantly, since it's not like you wouldn't expect someone could die after YOU SHOT THEM. Plenty of time to prep a reaction, especially if it's premeditated (I don't think it was, I think he's probably just a c**t who saw an opportunity to bully one of the production crew).
Baldwin is unironically innocent when he pulled the trigger. He had the right to trust that the armorer was making the prop guns safe. That's literally their entire job and tens of thousands of movies have relied on that chain of custody.
But he's guilty because he was a producer and created the conditions under which the obvious incompetence was permitted, and he knew about it, and knew it would lead to a dangerous situation (due to two previous negligent discharges). He's also on camera literally playing with the guns during his gun safety training, sweeping the muzzle around people before firing for instagram videos, and shooting at the camera after "cut" was called, because he felt like improving. You can even hear the director going "Mother fricker!" when Baldin went off script and shot at him.
He was a rageaholic pscyho on the set of "his" film and two people were shot, one killed, because of it.
But the one crime he didn't commit, was failing to check for live rounds in the prop gun that was cleared and handed to him. Multiple expert armorers already testified in Guitierrez' trial that actors don't have to do that, and it adds no security.
That being said at least he showed some genuine remorse when he learned Hutchins died. Hannah Guiterrez just worried about her career and gave a bag of coke to a recovering coke addict, lol.
If you believe he’s a rageaholic psycho then why is it hard to believe that he killed the victim on purpose because she pissed him off and pinned the blame on someone he knew would have to take the fall?
>That being said at least he showed some genuine remorse when he learned Hutchins died
Except when he was joking with and flirting with the lady detectives
Did you know that the courts have ruled that two men can be required to pay child support for the same child even after one was proven not to be the father with a DNA test?
It's annoying that the mystery of where the live rounds came from is totally unresolved. Either they got brought to set by Hannah, who evidently brought some dummy rounds from a previous set, or they came from Seth Kinney who provided the rest. Seth Kinney admitted on the stand that he used live rounds as well as blanks while training actors for 1883. In all likelihood it probably came from Kinney but we'll never know because the bimbo in charge of investigating the case spent the entire interview flirting with him.
The dopey, sadsack prop master Sarah Zachery called Seth Kenney after the shooting, and immediately after that phone call she threw rounds away, including ones she had loaded, which were never found. Plus Kenney had months to clear out his shithole hoarder's nest to remove any 45 long colt live rounds.
I'm sure they're both partially guilty.
A decent human bean would, but probably thinks it's still not her fault. She doesn't seem to understand what an armorer does and what responsibility it entails because she didn't earn it.
chuds claimed that actors are responsible for checking all the safety measures on the set themselves lmao. that is how desperate they were to blame baldwin.
Baldwin was fricking innocent, he’s a good man and gives to charity.

>That being said at least he showed some genuine remorse when he learned Hutchins died.
when he took her family to IHOP?
>That being said at least he showed some genuine remorse when he learned Hutchins died
Except when he was joking with and flirting with the lady detectives
They told him at the very end
> IT fired
Guns don’t fire themselves.
did you know the state is allowed to convict 2 people of the same crime even if its impossible for them both to be involved?
Both both were involved, just in different ways.
The fact that the prosecutor used the recordings of her phone calls from jail was fricked up.
She was clearly in shock, angry and talking like that to cope with losing her trial.
But still 18 months is nothing and since it's her first time, she'll only do 85% then get parole.
Anon, a normal human would've been angry at the prosecutor and judge but also been grief stricken over the person they were responsible for killing
She's a woman. It is natural for her to assume how this would affect her and doesn't give a shit about anyone else.
Again showing why women shouldn't be in charge of anything
A "normal human" would feel more grief about someone who died 2.5 years ago than they feel angry about getting convicted today?
A decent human bean would, but probably thinks it's still not her fault. She doesn't seem to understand what an armorer does and what responsibility it entails because she didn't earn it.
>about someone they killed 2.5 years ago
yes
>gets nepojob as armorer by her dad
>more concerned with how the prison time will affect her modeling career on instagram
Fricking women.
Can you blame her? She'll start an OnlyFans where she's sticking Colt 45s in her pussy and make a million dollars a year
oh right he waved off his liability when he paid her money
chuds claimed that actors are responsible for checking all the safety measures on the set themselves lmao. that is how desperate they were to blame baldwin.
Baldwin paid his penance with the Denny's breakfast. This b***h would take the family to Perkins and expect them to pay for it!
HEY ALEC BALDWIN SEE YOU IN JULY
18 months in low-security female prison?
that's literally nothing
>People unironically hate the best present we’ve had in a century
