Weren't these shows meant for kids?
I can picture James Gunn's era leading to more varied animated shows albeit under the caveat of being linked to the movies
>Timm
It's gonna suck ass. And I think it's cgi too.
I can't stand anything Timm does nowadays. Especially after that abomination Batman And Harley Quinn. Dude just doesn't have it anymore.
/co/'s morons will worship it despite the fact that Timm hasn't done anything good since the late 90s and that what could have been said about Batman has already been said with BTAS.

At this point I have no clue. The latest DC movies were awful. Batman And Harley Quinn was just dogshit and justice league vs. the fatal five (2019) was just a bland nothingburger nostalgia bait without any of the good people who made the Justice League series work in the first place. DC animation just sucks all over now. Warworld was fricking awful as well. And I hate the tomorrow verse.
Probably. It's Batman and it's airing on Amazon Prime, so it'll have a wider reach. Also, everything about it makes it sound very safe and bland, so the audiences will definitely flock to it.
I'm ao tired of batman and Superman
Why can't we have a booster and beetle: the animated series?
DC and WB hate fun.

I think Gods & Monsters being cut short broke him
OP, this shit is deader than dead, you know that right?
Prime picked it up
It's just gonna be TAS but worst.

The DCAU was never just Timm. It was McDuffie, Dini, Burnett, Murakami, Kirkman, Reeves, Rueger and so many more working together.
Are any of those people involved in the show then? McDuffie was one of the best but he passed away.
>And I think it's cgi too.
It's not. They literally said it's basically the anniversary short, extended. That was 2D.
Can't be worse than Clark's fujo pandering ass

Is it any worse than the justice league dark movies?(As in I haven't watched Tomorrowverse)
>And I hate the tomorrow verse.
Good news they're killing it with Crisis and then everything moving forward is being controlled by Gunn.
Welp that was a flop.
I'm not sure if it was or not, this seems to be more a result of everything being canon to this universe Gunn is building.
It might be good. Brubaker being involved is a good sign. It's impossible to say anything of substance about it without even a trailer though.
Just by virtue of Prime Video being available in more countries than either Adult Swim or Max, yeah it will likely be watched by more people
if catwoman's black I'm not watching it.
>we get a comfy slice-of-life Superman animu
>we get a noirish, pulpy Batman show with Timm's art but written by Brubaker and Rucka
This is the best timeline, bros.
