Nobody knows who you're talking about. The two regular cameos I can think of were Jeff Goldblum and Kyle McLaughlin, and as far as I know neither of them are pedos. They're also both hilarious.
I overstated it a bit, a lot of good bits are from the later seasons, and the final season is strong. There are probably 5 seasons worth of good episodes, there's not a massive decline

eventually they run out of ideas and stop doing skits and have real narratives and stories, and it's not as good
